This seems surprisingly quick and responsive for what it is. Certainly better than most other small hybrids, probably on par with the new Prius that just came out. I’m honestly impressed!
I have had my c-max for about 6 years and now it has 226,000 miles. It still can squeals it’s front tires and has torque steer from a stop. Loving the 40 mpg all these years later.
Huh. My 2015 Kia Soul with the 1.6L averages 30 MPG @256,000 miles. and that was with manual calculation not by the digital fuel economy gauge. If it clunks out I'm getting the CMax for sure though.
@@mellalsara7936 Hi, I'm pretty good and about yourself? I live in America and we don't have many diesel cars here, some VW, unfortunately I don't have that answer. What I can say is that my cmax gets 47 MPG and I work delivering food, and it has almost 200k miles, it has never given me any trouble.
@@mellalsara7936 I can't say myself but my dad is a diesel mechanic. he said stay away from diesel vehicles. lots of carbon build up issues and it's very expensive to keep clean. he's been a diesel mechanic for 25 years plus for dump trucks/semis and he hates these diesel vehicles with a passion lol.
I pick up my 2016 cmax energi tomorrow. Can’t wait for my $600/mo normal fuel bill to be slashed by enough to make the payment and cover the insurance for my new to me hybrid
@@lukeheffernan it's the same as the 17 i was just commenting i think ford under reported the torque number, and i really think they never officially reported it either

Electric motors have tons of low end torque.
I have a 2013, I love it. It drives like a new car and I average about 38 MPG in mixed driving.

im have 2014 and 43.9 mixed driving.
Solid car for real
It’s sad they didn’t make more of these and still sell them new in US.
Very reliable car, I have one 2017, i really recommend.
Hello there, I hope you are doing well.. Can you tell me in terms of economy, which one is more economic, this hybrid car or a diesel 1.6 motor car?

I have a 2013 and 225K on it but I really love to drive and it's still reliable, great on gas. It's really sad Ford ended this car's production.
Best US car channel.
My 2013 has 200k and it still averages 50mpg and my dad has a 2014 and it averages 60mpg… insanely reliable too for some reason lol
I saw YT vid one had half a million miles
I see most people say it averages around 35-45. My 2015 Kia Soul with the 1.6L averages 30 @256,000 miles. Non-hybrid

It is NOT a CVT it's actually an E-CVT. Which completely a different beast.
best pov drive ever!!
Show papai 👏
I am a big fan of your videos I am going to be like you
Ford's car will be perfect if their reliability is satisfied.
Daddy drive to this car C-Max ford hybrid
I'm considering to buy one of those, any owner who tell me his experience on this car?
what a bumpy road:)) every 10 meters there is a hole.
i have a 2013 and that torque number is dead wrong.......
2013 models have 141 hp and 121 lb/ft of torque

@@raziel630 Oh - I thought 17 models had more. But yeah, EVs and Hybrids feel way more torquey than they sometimes are.

No CVT, yes ECVT
The turn signal sound drives me crazy. This is why I would not buy it
Not bad, I'll buy it if it's still available!
This car is quiet because it’s a hybrid
Cc and hp
2000/188
Noice plz pin I’m ford
Ford would not beg to pin
