I have a question. On my strat, I ran my bridge pick up through the tone control. The guitar was wired without the tone control in the circuit. Now it is. What will the bridge pick up sound like with the treble bleed? I'm getting some strange tones when i turn down the tone knob. Thanks
Kinmans are better on single coils than Duncans. Duncans are suited to hot humbuckers I've found. Ready mades aren't a guaranteed good result, pushing signal thru a ceramic cap is questionable, silver micas or polyesters are a better bet.
This is one of my favourite guitar mods, makes the world of difference :)
So good John. This was my first time taking the time to hear them side by side

Wonder how many rookies gonna burn up their pot by overheating? Have fun kids.
Haha true, but the best way of learning is by doing!
