Sir ek baat bolu mene aapki saari almost video dekhti hu yaha bhi unacademy pe bhi bahut accha lagta h sir soul bahut motivate hoti h bahut dua nikalti h sir aap bahut kaamyab honge kyonki aapke saath positive power h hum to kya de sakte h aapko bhagwan ji aapko bahut khusiya de hamesa aage badhte rahe haste rahe
I still don't understand .....kahan se aaye hain wo log ....jo is video ko dislike kiye hain🤔🤔🤔🤔....ye bhi nahi samjh aaya to rehne do chemistry padhne ko......he is the best teacher for chemistry I have ever seen...😍😍😍😍😍😍
Thank you for good explanation. I have a question. You said that Fe(SCN)3 is a exception. What about (Co(SCN)6)4- ? I really confused! SCN- is a pi acceptor ligand, not donor(while NCS is a pi donor Ligand.). Also, in that complex the oxidation state of Co is 2+, which is not high. That means the metal is electron rich. Is that means MLCT occur? How can I decide which CT occurs in the complex ?
Thnkuu so much sir ...sir plzz make a video on molecular spectroscopy to determine whether the molecule is IR active Raman active ..... etc. As soon as possible 😊
Sir, while comparing between V, Cr, and Mn complex. Mn one will require least energy. Because its 'LUMO is quite high in energy' because of small size, and high nuclear charge. So, the 'energy difference' between LUMO of Mn and HOMO of ligand is least. You have said, 'LUMO is low in energy' if it is so, then the 'energy difference ' between HOMO and LUMO will be high and hence more energy will be required. And here, the energy difference decides the color of the complex. Correct me if I m wrong.
Gate chemistry Ok sir, I got it. Actually, I have learnt on the basis of 10dq rule i.e. more the charge more will be splitting and hence less energy is required. So i got a bit confused with HOMO and LUMO.
Sir pls tell me in sharpless epoxidation +D is Re face and -D is si face but what about +L and -L ? Is +L is same like +D sir pls help me to clear this doubt.
Sir my ques is from hermition ....does the hermition operator alwz commute to each other if it is not then why ....and my sec que is does the eigen function corresponding to hermition operator are orthogonal if no then why

Hey Sapna do you have huheey book?
Hello .. yes I've the hard copy .
Thank you sir :)
Sir my ques is from hermition ....does the hermition operator alwz commute to each other if it is not then why ....and my sec que is does the eigen function corresponding to hermition operator are orthogonal if no then why
Nidha Khan
No they don't always commute to each other. Only when the physical observables can be determined simultaneously they commute.
Nidha Khan
And your sec question, wave functions with different eigen values are always orthogonal.
Thank you
In which vacant orbital of CdS electron enters?
5s
Thnx sir
High oxidation state n small size lowers the LUMO I didn't understand that part ?
twas a grt help
plz make videos on analytical chemistry , bioinorganic chemistry 😐
thanks sir
did you attend BARC interview?
2:00
Dayum Kanan Gill teaching Chemistry
Bestttttttttttttt
Sir hindi mein bhi smjha diya kro
T sir
Sir speak in hindi 🥺
Hindi nahi aata kya sir..
Super sir..very clear
Thnk u so much........
Thanks Sir
