Thank you so much 🤗 my dear it’s not easy 😊 I have been thinking of just stopping because it’s a lot, just take the time you need to recuperate, plan and come back better that’s what I can advise, plan in advance, create multiple video so you can gradually edit them, and create at least an hour each day to edit

Me too 😢 I think my metabolism is quite slow I only eat once a day but always stressed! Which makes me eat a lot of chocolates, that if course messes my weight up

Sometimes when you’re stressed you tend to eat me, 😂 I am trying to walk more so I can burn more calories. Hopefully it helps, you can start just by walking minimum 30 min
