As your addiction to disc golf heightens and you continue to accumulate more discs, there comes a point in time when you’ll want to find a good way to not only store your discs but display them in a way that allows you to see what you have while also providing easy access.
Obviously, there are many ways you can store your discs, so you can check out the video we did that discusses some possible options ( • The Best Ways to Store... ).
Even though we found a solution for ourselves that worked, in the end, we felt like there still had to be a better way to store our discs, since most racks just aren’t big or sturdy enough. After some further research, we concluded that you’ll never truly get what you want unless you build it yourself.
So in this JustDisc video, we show you the best and easiest way to build your own disc golf rack. It’s very simple and honestly, anyone can do it!

TOOLS REQUIRED
1) Lumber -Two 2x8 boards for the main posts + Several 1x2 OR 2x3 boards to make the shelves
2) Measuring Tape
3) Saw (cutting wood)
4) Box of Wood Screws - 2-3 inch screws are ideal
5) Drill for holes and screws
6) Leveler
7) Sandpaper

Another tip: If you don’t have anyone to help to hold the other end of the shelf, you can cut a scrap piece of 1x8 to 12” to use as a “dead man” to hold the end while you screw in the other end. Just start at the bottom and work up. Great tutorial diy video.👍

This is great, I'm thinking of building it with more verticality but with a decent capacity. Making it more compact and easier to place it in an apartment.

That's a definitely a good idea, once the two Vesken shelves I have don't hold up to the task.

@@JustDisc Yeah, I was considering the DIY route, but I also like to have stuff that are easy to put together and do the job in my apartment I may not stay in forever.

Yeah, UA-cam’s algorithm hasn’t been doing us any factors over the last year :p
as someone who likes to flip through his discs ive found all holders with only two bars alow for discs to slide and fall through.
Yes you are correct, if they aren’t positioned not he rack correctly, they will fall through
