I was in this movie! Have yet to actually watch it to be honest..

To me the film didnt seem to flow very well but allthough Olivier Renauds character was dismissive, I loved the expressions on his face! As I'm from the UK, I watched an awful youtube copy of the film, without any sound on the finale! Someone else loaded a better version and I loved that 'Catch Me' song and the music really expanded as they climbed higher, the scene reaching a plateau. Olivier Renaud is so talented and handsome. I thought the romance could have been concentrated on more, showing some build-up. Luna's family's parts seemed quite long and I was a little bored! I thought Bennet was really sweet in the car dropping Luna off. I thought his nervousness was realistic. There was some chemistry between the characters but I think he should have given her a hug somewhere, showing more warmth! I just love the part where Luna forgets her boots and Bennett says something like "whoops" as she passes. It was sort of cheeky but not nasty. Did you see Christmas on 5th Avenue? FAB! Also the interview with the 2 stars. He is a lovely man in real life.

I really enjoyed reading your response and I'm glad you finally found a better UA-cam version of this movie to see it with the final music. I agree this would have better if they had concentrated more on the romance. And no, I have not seen Christmas on 5th Avenue, but now I think I'll have to look for it. I'm curious to see Olivier Renaud in another role, so thank you for the recommendation!
