Saw your last, thought I’d subscribed, but evidently not, so first thing I did was subscribe and thumbs up. Glad you and your companions survived the storm, when I was little lived on a farm and we had a pump house/ canning storage we used to shelter in. Like you we all had assignments, my brothers would go out and open stalls and barn door, chicken coop, and get the dogs. My sister and I would grab water jugs, can opener and utensils and off we’d go, Mom and my oldest brother would pick up my Grammy and her chair and get to the shelter. Dad was usually working, but if he was home he helped get Grammy to the shelter. We kept some things, like a couple lanterns in the shelter, blankets. But you never forget the train whistle coming through as the winds rip through with the storm and tornado. We were fortunate that our little community wasn’t struck, the path always seemed to go just north where my dads family lived,. After we’d load up in the vehicles and go check on them. In those day we didn’t have phones at our homes. Sounds really weird since now everyone has a phone in their pocket all the time. Love your stitching. Beautiful work.

omg never know what way a storm is going to go does a number on the nerves for sure, a blessing to know you have all got through it in one piece. Your charts are fabulous but at the end of the day it's your choice what to pick. As you are working on books of different pictures as lovely as they are I would go for something different like the lion, the lion does look like Cecil ended up being killed by some dentist who reminds me of the Little shop of Horrors likes to cause pain etc.

My vote - the "Time" by HAED one- forgot the full name. Question- did you ever try 22 count? I do my HAEDS on that count and love it. You will also LOVE the threads - Weeks Dye Works and the Classic Color Works- really make a difference!
Hey, I have never tried 22 count, I really like 20 count and really dislike 25 count, so I worry it may have the same reaction from me 🤣. The Hives Rules is such a stunning pattern with beautiful colours. Would be a good one for your husbands new camper in Vaginia xx

I will probably bring them back when I have space to do them. In my camper, I have a little 80cm x 80cm table and not enough room to swing a cat. BUT, I have some really nice art pieces I would like to do for when the house is built, AND I'll have loads of space to do them xx
I know me too! I think it was done as a 'special' for someone, and from what I can gather from reading Ciro's comments on his fb, that person upset him or betrayed his trust somehow and so he released it to the community. Glad he did because I love the design, but I'm a colour girl 😀

I vote for It's About Time because I have it too and I love it I think mine is the older version that isn't as bright but I still absolutely love it . If you decide you want to start it I would love to start mine as well and stitch along with you

Yes that was a mistake I made. I also didn't pick up on the fact I said 1 over 1 and not 1 over 2 until you just told me, but i can't go back and correct the mistake. I feel like a right idiot now, but you are right it absolutely was stitched 1 over 2 🙈 thank you for telling me ❤

@@claraarellano1867 thank you! I got the cats in early on before it all started. I wanted to know where they are at all times.Tornados are so strong it would easily take one of my cats with it 🙉. We are all good. I evacuated like I was told to. Chucked them in a cat box and took them with me. Horses acted like nothing was going on 🤣 xx
