- On today's episode.. We learn how to make a glass pipe! I've been looking forward to making a video like this! Its extremely hard to capture the sound with these torches running, but I think we captured it as good as we could!
Stizle has been blowing glass for over 6 years now. He works at Home Blown Glass during the day as well as having a professional studio at home. Its clear he enjoys what he does and is good at it too!
He starts off using scalloped glass and melts in the gold fuming. After a lot of condensing he pull and blows on the tube to turn it into a glass pipe. Stizle does a great job of going into detail and explaining all the steps through ought making this piece.

I've been thinking about it! This would've been a great video for it. My biggest problem is how blue/dark everything looks with the filter. So if your using multiple cameras it will throw off the feel of the video IMO.

Hey how does he keep from burning his fingers off? Like is the rod in his left hand not getting hotter and hotter or am I missing something?
What happens if the silver fume is applied too heavy? Other than it looks milky will it not be able to change color then? Thanks

Where can i learn... im a disabled veteran moving to Az in March.... So much time and ive always wanted to learn... No prob being a peeon and having to do chores. Just looking for some therapy
I would highly recommend the Mesa Arts Center for taking classes. 8th Wonders out in North Phoenix also offers private glass blowing lessons.

From what I remember it is valid here but you might have a hard time getting into dispensaries with it. Times may have changed though.. Our cards cost $250-300 yearly.

Looks like he broke the first spoon as soon as he went for the bowl push, cause the original has a Maria and the second doesn't. Should've just said "oops I fucked up" instead of sneaking that in but whatever.
This guy talks too much
