First capacitor should be X capacitor and not Y , It is between Line and neutral . Y capacitor will be connecting line to ground
I increased Rs, led current decreased but voltage also. How can I decrease current without changing Voltage?
current into voltage is proportional to 5.0v 30mA. 5.3v 50mA. 5.6v 70mA. 5.8v 100mA. 5.9v 130mA. 6.0v 165mA 6.3v 200mA datasheet
Add more LEDs or more bulbs to increase lighting area
