Diagram banakar batayein ki13--18 watt ka output 36 to62 v hain. Is circuit mein IC pin ka kya function

15 watt ke led lamp kuchh Der jalne ke bad band ho jata he. Switch off karne ke bad first jalao to jal jata he. Asa laga tar hota he. Isme driver circuit me kon sa component lamp ko band kar deta he?
