Hi all welcome back to another video Dereck Reacts back at it again! This time around we take a look at another Indila reaction made possible with you guys and her song "Parle à ta tête." The english translation "Speak to Your Head" , in the video Indila is seen performing her song and use the train station as a metaphor for her long awaited arrival; after being away on a hiatus. Brass instruments and sick beats make this a worthwhile comeback! See my react now!

I think her videos make a full-story.
In "SOS" she discovers a bottle in the sea with a message (an SOS?), or a photograph inside. At the end of this first clip we see a sign where it says "love story".
In "Love story" we see an aged man contemplating the photo of a young woman, and then going to the cemetery with a rose in the hand. We understand that this photo is that of his great love met young when he was in the Navy.
In this clip "Parle à ta tête", she comes out of nowhere and we see her further on with a photograph. She seems to leave in search of something. At the end she discovers a flower on her suitcase, then a door of building by looking in a long view.
In "Dernière danse" (the last dance), she is expelled out of this building and walks through Paris as the weather is becoming bad. She struggles against the weather and, once the sun returns, looks at her picture again. Unluckily, the photo is blown away by a gust of wind. Has she lost her quest?
In "Tourner dans le vide" she arrives at a kind of party and falls in love not with the prince of the place, but with the person in a painting (a sculptor of some kind). The prince, jealous, plunges his sword into the painting, which erases the picture of young sculptor. She also vanishes revealing the sculpture of a young woman (presumably her) in the painting, leaving the prince alone.

Mylène Farmer, Indila and Stromaè are 3 artists with very unique and recognizable personalities as you will rarely find in the world ...
I'm coming late but it remind me of Goldman back in the day, with each of his music way different that the one before while keeping an incredible overall quality

@Dereck, at the end, it's a view of Paris from Montmartre, a district of Paris located on a hill, french people say "la butte Montmartre", there's "le Sacré-Coeur" on this hill among other things which is a very big and white basilica, impressive view !

Hm. I like her "yodeling" (for lack of a better word x) ) voice when she sings deep, slow, tunes, but when she speaks fast like this one it sounds iffy to me. Yes the video is innovative in some aspect, but there's nothing crazy either and I'm not moved by the song. Also the "Parle à ta tête" part sounds too childish.

I see you’re reacting to more and more French songs and artists so I suggest you listen to Jenifer. She was the winner of the first edition of Star Academy, a singing contest, almost 20 years ago and has since then released 8 albums and she’s working on the 9th. Her most known songs include Ma Révolution, Au Soleil, Donne Moi Le Temps, Tourner Ma Page, Je Danse, Notre Idylle... so maybe you can start with one of these. And personally my top 3 of her songs are Donne Moi Le Temps, Si C’est Une Île and Ose. All of the songs listed have a music video except Ose but there’s a live version that exists if you want to check it out !
It's crazy this song i couldnt believe it first time i discovered it... unfortunately didn't get success un France, way too original for radio hits standards :/
Not being demanding or trying to be rude but the 'DR' that pops up on the video that you react to is kinda annoying and I would like if you didn't do that, buy anyway its just a suggestion so don't sweat it! Love your vids!
