Miguel Antonio Galuza this happens to me ALL THE TIME. What I usually do is take a deep breath, the next is just sit and play. Just let it go. If you don't mind, you can check out my drum cam videos, and you can tell that I was nervous by seeing from my face, and random tempo changes sometimes. Still working on it though
