For it has been written in the book of our Mechanics passed, "Thou shall not strip thy threads by starting bolts with power tools."... BTW great work on the fenders, they look like a pita to put on but look amazing!
Seriously the impact here is wild. This man has balls of steel to do that. I work with power tools every day in my job too, but would never use an impact on a bike. Great build though!
Super to wyszło. Z uwag: 1. 2. Przed umocowaniem pancerzy do kierownicy lepiej jest wszystko podłączyć, wyregulować aby było sztywno, końcówki pancerzy ladnie się ułożyło do pancerza, wtedy zawinąć taśma, izolacją.
what an amazing build and the videography is outstanding...the bike looks amazing...I am certain it rides as sweet as it looks. Love the cable work and how you routed the rear taillight cable...Awesome...just awesome congratulations on such an amazing bike. Cheers.
That is a very nice comment you wrote here, I really appreciate it ! I did put a lot of effort into that build, so I am happy you liked it !! The bike rides very well indeed :)
This bike has the three things I detest tubeless tyres a pain in the arse, big fat tyres like riding a tank and 1x drivetrain leg wrecking gaps on the sprockets
Modern group set, 12 speed, disc brakes, dynamo lighting. But why a square taper crank and BB? Mine was junk on my road bike, swapped out to Hollowtech crank, huge improvement. Also, ever try Jagwire’s compressionless brake cable housing for disc brakes? They make a big improvement in Mech disc brake feel over regular brake housing.
I chose a square taper for the style and the low Q factor it offers ☺️ I actually used compression less housing from Jagwire, and I can confirm that it improves the brake feeling a lot !
Nice stuff! Not sure if you're still checking the comments here but I was wondering what bag you're running on the front rack? I have a similar build i'm working on but can't decide if i want to run a traditional rando rack or this flat pack rack. I plan on using a Gilles berthoud bag and am just not sure how well it fits on the flat pack. cheers! hope to see more videos from you in the future :)
Hey, thanks for your comment !! At the time I built the bike I wanted to use a rando bag by Velo Orange, unfortunately I got rid of the front rack afterwards ! Already working on a new project….
What a beautiful build. Well built aswell, usually I find a mistake or two during a video but this was perfect. Can't have enough silver parts tbh. One question - the rear Juin caliper looked to sit a bit high on the rotor itself, leaving a big part of the surface unused. I haven't had the chance to install the Juin yet but did my eyes make a mistake or is it a problem with the calipers (cause for sure its not the frame).
Merci !
Not a criticism but I’ve always wondered why not use a pipe cutter on steerer tubes? Maybe they can’t handle it? I use one for handlebars and other tubes. Just wondering.
Any experienced mechanic knows that you don't start a bolt in the hole with a power tool ! You will learn the hard way one day, and in the meantime orthers with less skill/luck may get themselves into serious trouble following this silly example.
Not to trod on your skills in assembly of the parts because you clearly are quite good with the tools but there is so much on this bike that I struggle to understand your method of thinking.
There's no narrative or other sounds in this video so you could have just tone down the music but no, you just needed to spread your negativity around. Fancy sir.

I’m kind of used to using powertools, since it is what I do at the factory !
Thanks, yeah they are pretty awful to install but look soo nice
Seriously the impact here is wild. This man has balls of steel to do that. I work with power tools every day in my job too, but would never use an impact on a bike. Great build though!
ahh, that rear light wiring run through the mudguard is lovely.
Terrific production all around. Will look for more content like this. Thanks.
Super to wyszło.

Oh punaise !
finally a bike build video that doesnt use trash backing music 😂
Mellow D&B always soothes the soul 😅
Very nice build
Your smile at the end says it all 😅🎉❤
Thanks !! Yes this bike is awsome 🤩
super classy
Super taf! Bravo!!
Merci !!
Everyone's a critic! Nice work
What was the material used under your handle bar tape?
In one word, BEAUTIFUL. You sir, do fine work. I love bicycles with fenders. I think they look great. I live in Alaska, so they're very handy.
Awesome job.
wonderful bike store, bike & bike build...😇
Thank you 🫶🏻
Mais qu'il est beau 😍
satisfying video. Nice work
Increible! Preciosa!
i love that fork !! cheers from Nova Scotia , Canada !
Thanks man !! I love it too, I wanted this exact Pacenti fork crown 🔥
See you some day in Canada !
I hope so. If you like climbing before going down the hills then Nova Scotia is a good place to ride.
What a gorgeous bike :)
Thanks 🙏
Looks sharp
thats a beautiful bike and you did a great job building it. 🙂 (you really should learn to wrap bartape properly though 😊)
Yeaah I know I messed it up, the bike already has new bartape 😆
I just subscribed to your channel 🎉😊
Classy mechanic...
Nice music!! Bim sherman.
Thanks ! Its what I heard when building

Well thank you !!
Yes, when building I realised the Caliper has +20 compared to a TRP Spyre for example ! So I vad to use a 180 rotor instead
beautiful, but these rim decals are horribly loud for that otherwise quiet build.
Been looking for that type on clip attachment for light cable on mudguards! What does it called?
It is from SKS, don’t know the exact name !
nice
Sbasiba !
I love it❤ we share hobby
Nice
Looks like rear brake's piston is not that fit for the rear disc, hope I am wrong.
Unfortunately you’re right ! The caliper has a native +20 so I had to put a 180 on the rear !
All brand new! ok... Well assembled, but, the tape around the bars is not a proper job... I see too many people doing it wrong.

wonderful build but why one of the slowest tires on the market 😰
Now you’ve awakened my curiosity ! What tires would you choose for such a build ?🤔
@@louis_bikeworld extralite Rene herse mane or some Grand Bois!
I see, thanks for the answer ! Gonna look into it !
what silicon you use in that dropbar??
Those are PRO’s gel pads, to prevent from hand pain 🙂
Salim Race? Soll sicherlich Sapim heißen

Serious trouble? Are they going to die?
I love these smug armchair mechanics….. dude shut up!!
22:38. Is it me or that thing i not in circle shape
It’s called an elliptical chainring 😉
tidy
Thank you for your commentary, critics are always welcome 🙏
One too many spacers under that stem or you cut it a hair too short
Que tu es belle

Thanks !! Tell me more about what you think would be better made differently 😊
Terrible music I can’t finish the video
this is possibly the worst music choice for this type of video.
I want to see a bike build not be subject to piss awful music shame couldnt watch
There's no narrative or other sounds in this video so you could have just tone down the music but no, you just needed to spread your negativity around. Fancy sir.
Many people enjoy the music soooo… yep
Nice
