      How can I get the dimensions of the materials you used ? Is the base 3/4” or half inch ? What are the dimensions of the bottom boards etc. ?

It is an awesome exclusive product for building any shed in no time with no experience without the normal expense. Ive heard some super things about it and my cousin at very last got great success with it.

    I was a little worried about installing the blade after reading a couple of reviews. But it was amazingly easy. Took about 1 minute. Works great ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxjpBI8OOeUXib_iT7UomCrQ-uauwZJ62c . Cuts easily and is perfect for pocket cuts I needed to make for replacing some old deck boards.

    I am afraid the T tracks will bend a bit under the weight of the saw motor and, since the saw mass is not symmetrically distributed on the two t-tracks, one of the two will bend more. As a result the blade will not be perfectly perpendicular to the work plan.

    I preferred using right angles as track because this track will be difficult to clean of wood dust after every use.
    Also, the saw dust will cause the runners to not run freely.

    • @patrickwilliams6464
      @patrickwilliams6464 2 роки тому +2

      And also far easier to just place the circular saw on the two right angle guides than to have to feed it. I also would prefer design the whole system around not making any adjustments to the saw it self as the saw is now committed to this bench and no longer multi use.

    I like that you used the t track to guide th saw but I am curious if you checked for parallel with the tracks and the blades. This would be pretty important to get exactly right. I know when I've done this kind of jig, relying on the accuracy of my saws base plate isn't reliable enough.

    • @Solidworksmaster

    the 1st runner already guides the saw, the 2nd one is pointless, it's actually a problem, it just makes it more difficult to make both perfectly parallel, you only need the 2nd track or something of the same thickness to support the other side of the saw

    I hope you realize you can use a regular framing square and get the same results for both 90 and 45 degrees on cutting the wood. I like the track idea on maybe something on a bigger scale, just not this. I use the framing square tech all the time, makes perfect straight cuts and 45's , I only learned the technique early last yr from research, but man does it save time.
