There’s no doubt in my mind that the 120qt will hold 25 bluegill for a 15 minute ride! You can also get a bubbler for hot days to make sure they make it back.
Correct me if I’m wrong but the only time your gonna have any circulation of water is when you’re filling that live well. You have no way to recirculate the water which will not give you very good aeration, even with an air pump and air stone.
The way that we circulate water is pull the plug every hour and turn on the pump at the same time. We have installed a drain that leads straight to the bilge pump to pump out. Great question.
We have installed an aerator as well but we drain it out of the bottom plug. In our boat the water drains to the back and then is pumped out by the bilge. While we’re dumping the water we fill it back up to recirculate the water. Thanks for the question and the support!!

Might be a dumb question, but how will you pump the water out?
