Believe it or not... it's just my phone 😅😅😅 hahaha amateur hour! I use Adobe Premiere to edit, but I've also used iMovie and found it easier to navigate!

I got here from Crazy Plant Guy thinking I could do with some styling tips, and although there hasn't been much of that, got to say I'm loving your videos! You clearly put work on them, and funnily enough you've already covered several topics I was VERY interested in! (plants for a windowless bathroom, how to deal with dead looking alocasias and jewel orchids). Definitely a fan here.

Just a quick "hello" to say that I'm so happy I found you last night (whilst I was looking for something completely different), and thank you for inspiring me to just go for it as far as adding some plants in the upstairs part of my condo. And, THRILLED that you are just up the road from me, so totally get the very-short-days and very-dry-air bits that are so big a part of living here. Do you ever grow from seed? I'm thinking of starting some for my outdoor pots-on-my-deck garden this summer, but could use some Alberta-centric pointers... Happy Weekend!

Congrats on your new home. More space for plants yay! Plus a yard right? Happy landscaping in the summer. I hate that our season is so short though. That’s why I love indoor plants so much. Helps with the winter blues.

Hi Alina, your video's about your ikea greenhouse cabinets are agreat inspiration to me. Thank you very very much for the clear and helpful explanation. Now I have made my own, and I love it so much, and my plants too! 😊 But since this week I also have some visitors who like to live there too, mold/fungus, mainly on the skadisboard. I do have fans, but what else can I do to get rid of this so they won't come back? Do I need to clean the whole thing more often? Maybe you can make a video about how to maintain the cabinet? If you want to grow a fern, try a tiger Boston fern and put it in a self watering pot, no more dry crispies everywhere and it grows like mad. Mine is doing great since I put it in a self watering pot. I am also growing a maidenhair fern in a self-watering pot and it is doing very nice. I am in Ohio so I get cold winters and low humidity in my house in the winter. And I am going to have to agree with you on the healthcare, if I could afford it, I would head to Vancouver too. Our healthcare here in the states stinks.

Rare plants are cool! But I would never trade my BOPs, palms, and pothos for the rares! ❤ Those more 'basic' plants have such a huge impact on a home 🥰

Sorry if I'm repeating myself. I'm not sure if you didn't see my comment on another video or you preferred not to do it!
Something many big channels suggest, is to publish videos on a spicifc schedule. I myself follow very few channels and I know the day and time they publish a video and I'm ready to watch them when they come out. This way you build a community that know when you will be having a new video! This will hugely boost your first hour response which seems to be an important factor in youtube algorithm! Les sure about this one, but it also seems youtube likes it more too!

@@PlanteriorDecorator Yeah😅 but once you get one or two video ahead of yourself then you will be fine! Some channels even have back up videos that they just have it there saved for just in case stuff happening :D
I'm convinced all the Boston ferns available in Edmonton are diseased because I kill them too 😔 but I've found Staghorn and Bird's Nest to be super easy!
I sure hope you're right because I'd feel like less of a murderer!!! I have 1 crocodile fern that I've kept alive for a few months now... praying it lives 😬🌿
Do you name your plants?
My family has started to name our plants every time one joins our family. Once we land on a name, we use a wine cork and skewer to make it official. My kids love it ♥️
I have a few named!!! The big ones mostly hahaha but with 250+ houseplants it gets chaotic 😆

The retinoid I use is actually by Skinceuticals! But the Vitamin C by Soko Glam is super (Triple C Lightning Liquid) - I keep that in the fridge
