Dave, I completely agree with you on the fact that our hobby is good for your mental health, as long as a person doesn’t stress when their team is losing.
Stress & Anxiety are real. Plus my family has a long history of depression. I suffered horribly with both until I agreed to go on medication. It's helped more than I thought possible.

Found your Chanel a couple months ago and got me back into these games. Funny you mention Orange Julius, worked 3 years in the local mall in High school. Every time I go back home I have to go get one from the only location I know where they are at.
I’m going through a lot mentally and physically. I’ve been focusing on what I want to play. Haven’t played in a while. It’s a good idea, hope I can do this.

I worked for many years in a state prison where inmates would listen to Art Bell. They loved his show.

I had to completely cut out caffeine, because I couldn’t sleep if I had any caffeine that day
