I’m already absolutely IN LOVE. You guys NAILED it! Speaking as someone who’s more deeply attached to this franchise than probably any other one and who’s had it as her favourite movie series of all time ever since the day I walked out of the cinema as a little 5 year old almost 15 years ago, this genuinely made me emotional (which isn’t hard with this series to be fair lol. I can’t even listen to the score without tearing up. But even so!). I’ve literally always wanted something like this I can only hope this helps a new generation of kids who didn’t get the pleasure of growing up alongside this series (because woah! It’s already been 5 years since the final film came out!) fall as in love with it as much as I did all those years ago ❤ Now if only I lived in the US… 😅
I have no words, it's wonderful, it's magic. When Epic Universe opens, I'll be there. The Epic Universe is perfect, with the five thematic areas, I think the Hary Potter Ministry of Magic, Dark Universe and Dragon Isle of Berk will surprise us!!!!!!

HTTYD is one of my favorite movie franchises of all time and I screamed when I learned there would be a Berk land. I had chills watching this video. I totally want to meet Toothless and get that photo!
OMG! when I first heard about Epic Universe and how one of the lands is based on one of the most legendary series about Dragons of all time HTTYD I was super excited now seeing this made me have chills! there is nothing in this part of the land where it looks numb or plane every single part of it is just one magical masterpiece after another! and the rides that so called family coaster looks as intense as Hagrid"s coaster or even the Velocicoaster in both designing and surroundings and Fire Drill looks super fun especially on a hot summers day! also I cant wait for the toothless meet and greet I expect them to add the other riders and their dragons too in the future. I also expect when theres another mega expansion like this they add more lands based on other Dreamworks movies like Shrek, The Bad Guys, Kung Fu Panda or even The Wild Robot. seeing this theme park also gives me great hopes and excitement for the live action film because I know after seeing this they will bring justice to the live action film as well! great work Universal cant wait to see this!
I’d never heard about this movie before learning about Epic Universe, but I watched this video three times with tears in my eyes. This park is going to be amazing. What a time to be a Universal fan!! ❤
I hope the attractions are accessible given that it was one of the first kid movies where two main protagonist had a disability. It feels important so everyone who loved HTTYD so much can experience it fully too.
I wanna cry this looks so good! I'm a fan of both the books and the movie / TV series and I pray that they also sell the How to Train Your Dragon books here as well for people who want to read the stories as well when they go home. I'm gonna go there.
Ryan, I’m definitely gonna cry!!! Thank you to the entire behind the scenes team, creating magic like this really is important work and I’m so grateful!! 💜
As someone who fell in love with and grew up with this series as a kid, this looks amazing! I love the little details like the statues as you enter Berk, which is in every opening in the movies, Hiccup's house, and the Great Hall (which is what it is called in the movies, not Mead Hall, but I understand if they had copyright issues with the Great Hall in Hogwarts). I hope we get to see Gobber's workshop where Hiccup made Toothless's tail and I can't wait to find more easter eggs from the movies. The only suggestion for future additions is to add a flight simulator type ride (like Disney's flight of passage but better because it's Universal) which should definitely be tabled as an expansion. You could show places you didn't have space for in the actual set, like the grotto where Hiccup did the iconic hand touch with Toothless. You could create a hanger front set, and since the hangers use the cave networks under Berk, can use that as a que. I was about 6-7 when the first movie came out, and growing up I always had dreams of flying on a dragon and going on an adventure with the six. The movies have been around for about 15 years, so there is a good enough fan base in young adults who feel nostalgia with this place. Dark Universe has monster's unchained, Super Nintendo has an augmented reality mario kart, and Ministry of Magic probably has a big attraction in that huge building on the map. It would blow it out of the water if HTTYD got to have something too, although I understand that they want to move away from screens and go more set based, and the coaster is a great way to show off their hard work, but actually being ON A DRAGON? It seems like something to think about.
I AM SPEECHLESS. I grew up with these movies, they're a staple piece of my childhood and seeing it come to life in a way like this is utterly breathtaking. I am gonna be saving all the money I can so I can one day see this, my inner child will be freaking out and I cannot wait to experience it!!!!!!!!! !:D Plus you can tell the creatives team went above and beyond for this attraction, kudos to them truly. They've done this incredible trilogy justice and have made a park perfect for fans of HTTYD 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙

Life here is amazing, just not for the faint of heart. See, where some folks enjoy hobbies like riding tea cups or baby elephants, we BERKIANS prefer a little something we like to call - EPIC UNIVERSE!”
Listening to these wonderful individuals voices crack and get shaky with such emotion.. You can tell they’re bringing themselves to tears describing it.. That Really touched my heart! They really do care about this. ❤ Thank you
I’m not even a how to train your dragon fan fr but this is making me cry. Universal- give me life
This changes.. EVERYTHING! I'm SO excited! I can't believe there will be animatronic dragons. Can't wait to get pictures with Toothless and all the characters. Loved seeing the snow wraith, I wonder if there will be more Rtte dragons...
WE CAN MEET TOOTHLESS??? WHAT???? Let’s gooooooo! This is incredible and going to be truly epic!!!!
Can’t wait to be in this world. Can I live there?!?! FINALLY, We Have Dragons!!!
OMG - goosebumps watching this!!!! and this wasn't even the portal I was most excited about. It's going to be overwheling to have this entire park open at once.
I cancelled my WDW trip in 2024 after hearing about this new Universal park! Can’t wait for 2025!!!
w
You dodged a bullet. I went in June and it was kinda bad...
may 22!
My 14yo said her heart was literally “buzzing” while she watched this. She is one of the biggest HTTYD fans and is ecstatic over this being local to us! You are making her dreams come true. We will be doing our best to have her there on opening day!
I‘m considering going to the USA just so I can visit this masterpiece
How To Train Your Dragon is my favorite animated movie of all time. I promise you that this will be my favorite land in the park.
Shrek was better
@@Welder19 Agree to disagree.
This looks so epic... my daughter and I loved the movies. This would make wonderful new memories for us. Eagerly anticipating the opening. We'll done Universal!
I am extremely excited to help generations of guests enjoy the Isle of Berk and all of Epic Universe at Universal Orlando ❤
Just glanced at your page… and I Love it! ❤❤❤

Haven’t gone to a theme park in over 10 years, definitely going to universal next year
Out of all the dream works movies and universal movies there are I would’ve never thought that they would pick this movie out of all of them to make into a theme park Well Done! 👏🏻🎉🤗
Can’t wait to experience everything in this park 😍😂 I can't wait to see what they have in store for us for Dark Universe! Universal you are doing amazing things! Thanks for bringing back Theme to Theme Parks!☺
This is going to be…well…Epic.
This just showed me that I was right to be the most hyped for this land in the park.
We have never been to Universal and we have been waiting just for this to finally go. My kids are die hard fans.
I can't like this video enough! A wave of longing and wishing whilst watching, Isle of Berk is going to be an amazing section, and the whole park really will be EPIC!!!
I’ve literally always wanted something like this
I can only hope this helps a new generation of kids who didn’t get the pleasure of growing up alongside this series (because woah! It’s already been 5 years since the final film came out!) fall as in love with it as much as I did all those years ago ❤
Now if only I lived in the US… 😅
This looks incredible. The perfect mix of family attractions and heavy theming!
Former Disney fan. After 5.5 decades, I'm done with them. Universal cares way more about the guest experience. Even Walt would rather go to Universal at this point.
Go figure Disney sucks universal rules
Thank you Universal!! Our family and the families we vacation with are so excited about Epic Universe and Universal that we are ready to just make it our only Florida destination vacation for the next few years and beyond.
We are coming and we are all so very excited!!
Impressed by the passion and drive from this team. I didn't totally understand why they chose to create an entire land based on this IP. Now, I get it. Keep up the good works, Universal!
They’re gonna have dragon drones flying overhead aren’t they? That’s insanely immersive man…
I'll never be able to afford to go to this part but man this makes my how to train your Dragon fan so happy
YES YES YES!!!😭 I can’t wait to see this in person, Universal Creative Team I LOVE YOU ALL! Thank you for your hard work and dedication to this project!!
OMG you can meet toothless! I’m going insane rn! Thank you thank you thank you so much universal studios!
HTTYD is one of my favorite movie franchises of all time and I screamed when I learned there would be a Berk land. I had chills watching this video. I totally want to meet Toothless and get that photo!
Very excited for this soundtrack and the entire area.
This looks incredible. A Toothless meet & greet sounds amazing. Looking forward to seeing more of these videos about the different worlds. 🌎 ❤ 🌍
This will absolutely make my 2017 Httyd obsessed self so happy!!!!
I feel like you’re gonna need an entire week just to do everything in Epic Universe
Which I think, was kind of the point.
This is going to quickly become my favorite land. This is all so amazing
OMG! when I first heard about Epic Universe and how one of the lands is based on one of the most legendary series about Dragons of all time HTTYD I was super excited now seeing this made me have chills! there is nothing in this part of the land where it looks numb or plane every single part of it is just one magical masterpiece after another! and the rides that so called family coaster looks as intense as Hagrid"s coaster or even the Velocicoaster in both designing and surroundings and Fire Drill looks super fun especially on a hot summers day! also I cant wait for the toothless meet and greet I expect them to add the other riders and their dragons too in the future.
I am so pumped for this new land! When my daughter is 5 we are going to take her and I hope it will create a core memory for her 🥺💕
Oh my gosh, I teard up a little! I can't wait to meet Toothless!
This made me cry 🫶🏻😂
I am a huge bias Disney fan, but this is something that makes me want to actually see it. HTTYD is invaluable discovery content.
This is only one of the 5 lands, and I could spend a whole day in this small section. Universal is gonna kill it with this theme park.
I’m definitely going to wait until next year ❤
I hope the attractions are accessible given that it was one of the first kid movies where two main protagonist had a disability.
This looks amazing! The rides, the show, meeting toothless, just the look of the whole land is impressive. Looks like a land my kids will really love.
This park will be insane!!! Day 1 for me!!!
Why am I crying? Looks so good!! Can't wait!!!!
Plus you can tell the creatives team went above and beyond for this attraction, kudos to them truly. They've done this incredible trilogy justice and have made a park perfect for fans of HTTYD 💙💙💙💙💙💙💙💙
Holy smokes! The Universal creative team really outdid themselves with How to Train Your Dragon - Isle of Berk. I am not a massive fan of HTTYD, but this video makes me excited to visit this land!
The moment we've all been waiting for!
From the first time i watched these movies, i remember thinking "they could make such an amazing ride out of this!" Knowing that it's not just a ride, but an entire land is so exciting, to me!
This is looking nothing short of EPIC. Can’t WAIT to visit Berk and see everything this park has to offer
Well it all looks gorgeously detailed and beautiful! So excited to walk through and see this all in person! 🐉
