- This tutorial was pretty highly requested by a number of people from the laser cutting facebook group after I posted some examples.. I hope you find it useful and encourages you to make your own stamp designs!! I like making these premium acrylic stamps because it is easy to wash, 100% laser cut, and works and looks great.

Thank you, this is an awesome video…
Thank you so much. Excellent work and excellent video.
Thank you for your video. Absolutely loved it. I have a XTool D1 Pro 20w laser and have been trying to follow along. I have no problem engraving but pulling my hair out trying to cut through my 3mm mirrored acrylic. I've tried very slow and fast speeds with all ranges of power and trying single to up to 10 passes for all my tests. I'm either getting engraving marks only or a melted mess. I've also tried cutting with mirrored side up and down as well as applying painter's tape to the face. Any suggestions as to how I can cut through?
very helpful information
Sorry if I missed, but what laser are you using? I am just looking to get one particularly for making stamps from both rubber and acrylic preferable.
Thanks
Could you please show a video on the steps on discharging a laser tub. And removal? Thank you. You have very good content, easy to follow.
Very thorough explanations. Thank you! Question; what is the strength of the laser are you using? What brand is it? Is it diode or co2? This is the first video I have watched where clear acrylic was able to be cut. Would you mind sharing the link for the mirrored acrylic?
Hi. Great video. The link to the laser printer is broken or closed. What was the name of laser printer.
If you hold the shift key while using the ellipse tool it makes a perfect circle. Thanks for this video tutorial!
Hey, can laser cut only cut 2 mm out of 3mm acrylic?
Why disable the air assist and use a pc fan?
On acrylic, if your air assist pressure is too high, you will get clouding on your engraving. Only turn it on when cutting acrylic and keep the pressure as low as possible when engraving. For dc fan, since your air assist is so low, it will help blow away any residue before landing on your workpiece. The soap helps in this as well. Any residue that does not get blown away by the dc fan will land on your piece and may stick on your workpiece since it is hot. The layer of soap will cool any small resiue that lands back on your workpiece before it touches the actual acrylic. If you dont jave the soap, it still might work, but the soap helps as an extra precautionary measure to make sure you have a perfect engraving.
what's the name of the application you used on editing the turtle?
Lightburn
