This is a most fantastic demonstration of what I believe is the most under-rated electric piano in the world. I used one in 1972, and it was "my instrument". I replaced it with the Wurlitzer 200 then replaced that with a Fender Rhodes. But, I wish I still had my Pianet N.
The Hohner pianettes are beautiful sounding - they are unique, warm ans organic sounding and thay cut through a mix - I have tried for years to get a digital equivalent but it isn't possible- great demo demonstrates the tone of these instruments
I sure wish someone would create one. And with the Ken Rich pads (not those shitty solid silicone ones). Unfortunately Ken isn't selling his anymore. :(
Hey I just picked up a Wurlitzer 206 student model today for 200$ but they had 1 of these there in there dad's old storage locker that they weren't ready to sell it yet but anyone want to tell me what I should offer them for it cause they sure seem to have such a warm beautiful and complex tone amazing hope you enjoy for it years

I miss and don't miss the days when you need to carry 10 keyboards to get 10 different keyboard sounds.
Fantastic sound .. can be used dry for melow tones or with tube amp for lovely bites ...
.. so different from rhodes and wurlies .... i love it !
Genesis’ Tony Banks used this Pianet from Trespass to Selling England by The Pound (which he replaced it with an RMI 368x afterwards).

Just as good as a Rhodes or a Wurlitzer!
And the RMI 368
Great instrument. IMHO it sounds even better than many Rhodes pianos
awesome demo!!! thanks for sharing all the different amp tones! now i need to get a pianet n :D
None of the sampling libs can recreate this Pianet! Lucky for those few people who own one!!!
It's funking awesome!

The Pianoteq Hohner instruments are really close.
@@robinmiller7958 absolutley not
Beautiful sounds
I'm using those white silicone pads on my N. Where can i get the Ken Rich pads? Surely there are some floating around out there.
Fantastic! I really need to get the circuitry refurbished in my Pianet N, it has some terrible buzz at times. Those Ken Rich pads are the best.
Does me good. Fabulous.

This is better than a Yamaha DX7
It's a very different animal. I personally like the DX and this little beauty!
Does this have an internal speaker, or does it have to be connected to an external cab?
It has to be connected to an Amp, in this case i used a Fender Mustang GT
Yuck
