Any recommendations for the green lights not pairing? I’ve tried holding down both pairing buttons, unplugging everything and re setting up but won’t connect
Try to Press the (-) minus button on the soundbar and sound effect button on the remote at the same time for 5 seconds . Then E2P CLR error is displayed the power is turned off . Then try to reconnect the soundbar again , for subwoofer Press the Pairing key button at the back of the subwoofer for five seconds.

Guy, you have to connect the speaker wires from top to bottom, he has connected R positive to Left positive which is wrong, it should be Right positive with Right negative and same goes for the left one. Also the wire that has a black thin line should always go to negative
Wireless in this case only mean that there is no cables from the sound bar to TV, no cables from subwoofer and no cables from rear speakers to sound bar but you still need to power the devices with the cables. I was curious how they powered it if they call it "wireless sound bar" and in specification you can find another frases: "Wireless Subwoofer" and "Wireless Rear Speakers". A bit disappointed, but overall it's better to keep those few cables than to replace the damn batteries every few days 😛
