Arctic Ski Tour - Kungsleden Winter Edition

- Ski touring the Kungsleden from Abisko to Saltoluokta. This travel vlog was filmed in the winter of 2022. We landed in Stockholm, and took to the train to Abisko. From there we skied all the way down to Saltoluokta. This trip lasted 7 days, and spread over ~130km.
We followed this itinerary:
1) Abiskjaure Hut
2) Alesjaure
3) Tjakta
4) Singi
5) Salka
6) Teusajaure
7) Saltoluokta (this last section was partly done by bus)
Would highly recommend this expedition.

Thank you! We were there the last week of March, so it was quite unexpected for that period of the year.
We didn't try with full skins, but we are going back to Sarek this year, and I will definitely give it a try!

Merci! On est parti à mis mars. Si je devais le refaire, je partirais un peu plus tôt pour être sur de pas avoir des temperatures trop hautes.
From Abisko to Saltoluokta??? in 7 days? directly? Are you joking. From Nikkaluokta you take the bus to Kiruna, then a bus to Gällivare and then from there to Saltoluokta (Ritsem), several hundreds of kolometers!! You did not do it on skis in 7 days, come on!!! What a pity!! Or have you gone over Faitum to Ritsem. A very difficult path...
I don't understand what's the problem? The just followed the Kungsleden trail. It is indeed about 130 km between Abisko and Saltoluokta, including an about 30 km with a bus.
