Through difficult times in my life, this verse has helped me much: "No temptation has overtaken you except what is common to mankind. And God is faithful; he will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, he will also provide a way out so that you can endure it." (1 Korinthians 10:13). Especially the last two sentences I have found much comfort and perspective in. I believe God is faithful, and I don't believe He's giving up on you. I believe He is always with you. Something may be happening to you that you've not had before, and for your affliction my heart is with you, and I think the Lord's is too. I believe he hears you in the difficulty. If the future seems dark and grim, know He walks next to you, and His Light might just be what you need to see the next few steps on your path. And believing He knows the way, I think trusting Him may just guard your foot in the next step, since He emits the light where you are - you'll always be safe in His brightness, seeking in Him your refuge and holding His hand, looking at His light around you. Know He is close and He loves you. :) I think you are strong; I think you're strong in Christ Jesus. He has overcome the world, and the devil's already defeated. I found this verse very comforting as well: "I can do all things through him who strengthens me." (Philippians 4:13). I've experienced life going differently than I thought, but also that Jesus loves me no matter what. What happens around you, changes nothing about how much He loves you. 'cause He loves you with an eternal love. And with His love in this present moment, He will bring about a good today. And with His mercy that is new every day, a good tomorrow. I've experienced very specifically naming what haunts me or intimidates me (even as far as an event, memory or person) may help me get a lot more grip on depression. A flock of birds looks like a giant, but it consists of birds one by one, that (with Christ's help) you might catch barehanded. Tackling big things by relieving the small might just bring a change. Bring them to the Lord, and sometimes when you think of the area that hurts and name Jesus or bring it to Him there and then, peace comes in the area that hurt before. Know the Lord can also really use other people (even non-believers) in talking about things. Remember filling with good food, we are born of the Word and the word (truth & grace) of God is our weapon, because the devil can't trap us in the lie when we bring out God's truth. :) Now it may take time, and God knows how hard it can be, but He loves you... Bless. :)
I have been walking through that same oppressing and heavy cloud for months and I was released of it Sunday. I spoke out loud to a trusted person what had been playing in my head. Please talk with someone about your hurts. Don’t believe the lie of isolation. There is a hope and a future for you. That is truth. Absolute truth.

Im alive today and I am free from the spirit of death and suicide taking over my spirit and my mind. If God has a will for you to live, you will live always through Him. His word is final!
God has a reason for everything. There is a reason why you are going through a trying circumstance. It is through the crushing times is when GOD turns yours grasp into His wine. When you are pressed/crushed is when there is a reward afterwards. Believe me miracles do happen. What the enemy thought for evil He will turn into good. Praise Him. Praise Him forever!
I won't get into details but 3 years ago I was at my lowest i was broken in every form of way you could think financially spiritually emotionally etc. I started to drink to take the pain away and forget all that was going on in my life at the time. I've always had faith I always look up to GOD but at that moment I didn't quite felt him around since all was broken inside and outside of me. By the 3rd day of me drinking to ease everything I heard GOD'S voice telling me " I'm not letting all this happen to you for you to walk away from me but to draw closer to ME" WOW 3 years later thank you GOD I made that wise decision to search him with all my strength heart and soul. I grew up without a Father. So many walk that same path of life, never knowing the TRUE guidance a Father can provide, the sense of protection, the unwavering love a Father is supposed to extend to his children. It only got harder once I had children of my own, HOW do I be a Father, when I don’t even know what it means…so many abandon their children asking that same question to themselves. God changed everything, God began showing me what it meant to love, to care, to nurture…but not just my children, but those around me “thy neighbor”. I realized I knew no Father, just so I could come to know THE FATHER, when the time was right 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽 We are going to have “Moments of Uncertainty” But that is not as important as the element you use to relieve yourself. Many followers of Christ are still indulging in our vices and addictions to relieve our “Uncertainties” Lean on God in your darkest moments, lean on the word that says you were created with meaning and purpose, lean on the Grace of God…let it steady your mind, your heart and your body. I don’t know who I’m writing to, who’s reading this, but God is ready, and waiting for you to seek him, through Jesus Christ, whom he sent to die the death meant for you and I. Not just on Sunday, not just when you “need” him, not just when you’re desperate…but every day, hour, minute and second of your life. I was molested at the age of 7, I never processed it as a teenager, or even as a young man. My walk with the Lord revealed to me that the moment I chose to never speak of, could very well be responsible for the mentality I developed towards sex, women, perversion, and sexual immoral endeavors, like Pornography. I was always worried what it could mean to my family..he was my Grandmother’s husband, my uncles father, and my mom loved him so much, unconditional love, always so grateful when he offered to help us in any way. That the impact of the boat accident killed him before his body landed in the water and sank, being carried away in the waters current. All 4 men were found by the 6th day. Thank you for asking~ xo

about two months ago i was having chest pains so i went to the hospital and they said i have a flutter in my heart and scoliosis but they never found out what caused the chest pains. so i had to go a back doctor and they told me it was so bad i was gonna have to get surgery but only if i was at 45° or higher i prayed like never before and i was at 43° 😭 that was definitely a miracle from God. but im having chest pains again and im so scared that im gonna go through all that crying out and so so much pain i can barely breathe or move but im believing in him to do the impossible and end this pain for good. 🙏

It's like the whole entire world was pushing down on my shoulders and you just lifted the wait completely off of me. I have been in this awful state of grief and that just took every bit of the confusion away. I won't get into details but 3 years ago I was at my lowest i was broken in every form of way you could think financially spiritually emotionally etc. I started to drink to take the pain away and forget all that was going on in my life at the time. I've always had faith I always look up to GOD but at that moment I didn't quite felt him around since all was broken inside and outside of me. By the 3rd day of me drinking to ease everything I heard GOD'S voice telling me " I'm not letting all this happen to you for you to walk away from me but to draw closer to ME" WOW 3 years later thank you GOD I made that wise decision to search him with all my strength heart and soul. I HAS RESTORE ALL THAT THE ENEMY STOLE FROM ME AND GAVE ME EVEN MORE.

I grew up without a Father. So many walk that same path of life, never knowing the TRUE guidance a Father can provide, the sense of protection, the unwavering love a Father is supposed to extend to his children.
It only got harder once I had children of my own, HOW do I be a Father, when I don’t even know what it means…so many abandon their children asking that same question to themselves.
God changed everything, God began showing me what it meant to love, to care, to nurture…but not just my children, but those around me “thy neighbor”.
I realized I knew no Father, just so I could come to know THE FATHER, when the time was right 🙌🏽🙌🏽🙌🏽
We are going to have “Moments of Uncertainty”

I was molested at the age of 7, I never processed it as a teenager, or even as a young man. My walk with the Lord revealed to me that the moment I chose to never speak of, could very well be responsible for the mentality I developed towards sex, women, perversion, and sexual immoral endeavors, like Pornography. I was always worried what it could mean to my family..he was my Grandmother’s husband, my uncles father, and my mom loved him so much, unconditional love, always so grateful when he offered to help us in any way. I was afraid of speaking the truth, but no more. I told my family of this atrocity that had fallen upon me at such a young age. Although it only happened ONCE, the image remained. But there is no pity necessary here today, yesterday, or tomorrow, for I stand here today Redeemed in Christ Jesus, I stand firm in his Glory, I stand tall in the redemption of my past transgressions. The Lord pulled me away from the worst things about myself, and the more I dove into Christ, the more those things began to fall away, by the sanctity of my Salvation.
I’m not perfect, but I’m here to speak over any man woman or child today that stood face to face with that DEMON OF PERVERSION, and you walked out of that room, you walked from his or her grasp, you went on to live in confusion, and doubt. about two months ago i was having chest pains so i went to the hospital and they said i have a flutter in my heart and scoliosis but they never found out what caused the chest pains. so i had to go a back doctor and they told me it was so bad i was gonna have to get surgery but only if i was at 45° or higher i prayed like never before and i was at 43° 😭 that was definitely a miracle from God. but im having chest pains again and im so scared that im gonna go through all that crying out and so so much pain i can barely breathe or move but im believing in him to do the impossible and end this pain for good. 🙏
