Welcome to lesson 6: Bençao. This video breaks down the details of capoeira's push kick. It is a direct kick that is difficult to avoid. Please make sure you are warmed up by practicing movements from previous lessons especially the ginga from lesson 1 before training the kicks in lesson 5.
