If they're runnning your personal credit it kind of defeats the point of getting a business loan
Checking your personal credit is different than the loan being on your credit. Using this method the loan won’t show on your personal credit

It doesn't defeat the purpose when your personal credit for a personal loan only gets relatively low loans compared to a business loan using the same credit scores for a "high limit"...47k isn't high in business terms but definitely is for personal... It's just access to way more capital than a personal loan so that is a big difference if you lack capital

It’s much easier to do it online yes their APR might be higher by at least you can fill out an application on your laptop and then you’ll get a call and tell them all of the information they need and you should be able to get your money in your bank account within 24 to 48 hours no need to leave your house

@@armonlexmark6291 I would say you would need at least two maybe three years but that depends on what bank or credit union you’re trying to get the loan from. you have to have a good or excellent credit score but that’s just for your business. You have a way better chance of getting a personal loan. It just depends on what you need to use the money for.

Nope you just need a D&B number which takes about 2 years usually but you can expedite the process if you watch a video on it. I just can’t remember where I’ve seen it rn as I type this.

Because the loan is personally guaranteed, yes you are required to pay the loan back personally if your business does not

I mean the message that you’re giving out is a substantial message, but there’s only one flaw people with low personal credit score, but has the assets or necessities to continue the business just the poop end of the stick just because of their personal credit score banks, these days don’t even care if you have $150,000 in an account plus extra coming it’s all about W-2s and two years worth of equity return on top of that assets or a bank won’t even look your way

No, you need to years minimum in business first
Why not just give the business credentials? I guess if the business is not doing well. however keep in mind you’ll be liable for the debt in case the business does go under if you personally guarantee it so always try and give your business information only first.

@@shaunw7273 They, as a whole, create additional instability in the credit market. Giving loans with no verification of assets to secure against puts the banks assets at risk and when banks are FDIC insured that puts the taxpayers first in line to bail out bad loans.
