    Garlic Green Dragon Chives
    1. Wash 300 grams of green dragon dragon chives and cut them into 1 ½ inch lengths. Set aside.
    2. Shred 50 grams of carrots and set aside.
    3. Let's prepare 4 cloves of garlic and slice it for later use.
    4. Add oil in a hot wok, add garlic slices, and saute until fragrant.
    5. Add some salt to taste first. (This step is a skill, see the remarks)
    6. Then add green dragon chives and shredded carrots, quickly stir-fry evenly.
    7. Sprinkle a little water into the pot and lift the pot. Then done.
Remarks: Do not stir-fry the green dragon chives for too long, it should be stir-fried for about one minute. After being fried for a long time, its nutrition will disappear and turn yellow, and the taste will not be good. Therefore, when frying this dish, salt should be added before the vegetables. In this way, it will not attached to the hot wok for too long.

Been watching stirfry 青龙菜 clips for 1/2 an hour....
Very tempted to give it a try.
Preferred less watery version, as the veggie oozes moisture of its own.🙏🤔
