First time I bought this vegetable, cooked and tried.. thank you so much for your simple but good recipe.. it was so nice and crunch.. i like the fact that you don’t use oyster sauce but mushrooms powder.. more natural that we can actually taste and appreciate the flavor of this particular vegetable.. absolutely love it!!!

I had garlic chives in JB for the first time last year and fell in love with it instantly. They sell garlic chives at supermarkets like Sheng Siong in Singapore and sometimes at the local wet markets too albeit the vegetables are comparatively more expensive than the other commonly sold vegetables.

After this video, i checked it out at the supermarket. Had seen it before but thought it's a veggie used more by the China Chinese in SG. It's from Malaysia but at S$2.85 a bunch, costs way more than Koo Chye $1 or Spring Onions S$0.90. Now I know hiw to cook it.

Just bought a pack from Jb Tesco, RM2.29. I like the taste, easy to just stir fry with garlic.
