I was listening-to my Sony-'cassette-recorder to-day !!-still working after 50 years!!--& my "Matsudaya"-robot-toy !!--I collect Japanese toys !!--they are "Quirky"-& a lot of fun !!-& last !!
So,--That would be a "blast-Furnace"-tomelt metal-??--I worked on one at Newcastle -Australia---when we made our own steel,--those things are dangerous !!--but all gone now-what a beautiful place !!--have you been in any '"earth--quakes ??
Looking at your videos i regular see places i overlooked or wasn't able to visit because of time constraints. This one is now on the top of the list when i vist kagoshima again. The view from the residence to sakurajima was stunning. And the engawa all around to enjoy the perfect view was a dream. Thank you for your videos 😊
Thank you for comment. This is actually wonderful place. If I had been born in Edo period, I would have had no chance to see the view. Only Shimadzu or British Prince or Russian Prince were allowed to go inside the villa.
Love all your videos Mr Samurai. My wife and I traveled to Japan earlier this year, fall in love with your country. Since then I watched your channel to relive some of the things we visited and to know so many more that hopefully we’ll visit some day. One question… I really enjoy the music you use in your videos. May I ask the name of the tracks ? It would be really relaxing to do the garden while hearing to those songs.
Thank you fow watching Deep Japan channel. I use these two sites as bgm. Please check. ua-cam.com/channels/qCmDDQjE65DZfD_rsfqPuw.html www.hmix.net/#google_vignette
Beautiful! Thank you for sharing.
Yes, it was so beautiful. As it is located south end of Japan, it has a different type of beauty.
Thank you, amazing historical site!

Thank you for loving Japanese products. Japanese love robots so much. There are hundreds of Japanese comics and anime or movies dealing robots.
👍👍

Beautiful gardens and nice information on the history of this place, thank you.
But it is far from Kyoto. Thank you for watching.

The story of the cat shrine made me smile. Anybody who keeps a cat would understand.
Probably his vassals asked him not to bring cats. But he insisted to bring 7 cats. 7 cats! I love him.
Imagine if they did give up with the furnace, it's always good to keep trying if possible.
Never give up is our spirit. Honda did not give up CVCC engine. Mazda did not give up rotary engine, like Nariakira.
