Top blue scent, pure class) There are still some good ones out there but also a lot of crap
I've stopped blind buying and only buying a scent I've sampled and love as i ended up selling or giving away a lot of redundant scentsi disliked or just wasn't fussed on... cut my collection down from around 130 to 20 (3-4 for each occasion of work/gym, warm weather, cold weather, clubbing/date night) and not buying any again untill they start running out.. saved a fortune so far this year keeping to this rule
I love this video concept because honestly I started condensing my collection last year from stuff I had just to have or because it was hyped and started replenishing with stuff only I personally love and find unique.

I’d say if you have the money and love Cardamom, Xerjoff Starlight is a step up from Le Male Le Parfum. It’s still got that sweet-cardamom vibe but the quality is way higher imo and the scent profile smells much richer and more complex to me. Obviously way pricier, but if you’ve got the cash and like Le Male le Parfum, I’d say buy a sample... 👍🏻

I very much agree, quality over quantity. Having few 10/10 fragrances also means it's easier for people to identify you with that scent (aka signature scent), it also means you get to use them all and not risk leaving some behind and forget about it for years.

I would not say that le male le parfum is 10/10. It is super sweet in cloying and headache direction. If i would go for something designer for the same purpose i would get TF Noir extreme Parfum which is in my opinion 10/10 or niche BDK Gris Charnel extrait whould be my choice which is also 10/10 imo.

Jean Paul Gaultier Le Male Parfum will be my next purchase. I tried it out and loved it. I sprayed it on my arm. I was turned off by the initial smell and ended up buying a different cologne, but when the cologne dried down, I was hooked.

I want one for the summer, a very strong one, maybe fresh, and a really strong winter fragrance, similar to red tobacco. what would you recommend? Im about to graduate, and I want something mature.
For summer, try out MFK Gentle Fluidity Silver. To me, that’s what literal ice smells like. Cooling yet fresh and surprisingly strong for the scent profile. Another option is Orto Parisi Megamare. Depths of ocean in a bottle? That’s what you get from it. And it’s regarded by many as the strongest fragrance in the world. For winter scent (in fact I use it all year around), look no further than Xerjoff Naxos. It’s a honey tobacco scent which is dense but not cloying from the combination of lavender and citrus at the top and mid notes. I’ve been gatekeeping this from the non fragrance snobs due to how good is this 😂😂😂
can't find le male la parfum ANYWHERE in the UK. I bought it on a whim in 2020 a couple days after it came out for my birthday, back then it had no positive reviews so I felt like I was one of the first people to wear it as my signature. Finished my 200ml bottle after around 2.5years and now it's out of stock practically EVERYWHERE.

Yes! if you just test on paper it’s like brut. But when you wear it, that dry down is awesome. Lavender and cream.
Sartorial is my big love for life. It really presents the artistry of classic fougere perfumery translated to modern times.
Agreed, I think it and MFK Masculin Pluriel are the best modern takes on the classic fougere imo. 🙌🏻

Roja parfums burlington 1819 is the most overrated fragrances, one of the worst Roja parfums smells way to bitter and almost like sweat
