How To Replace Faucet Stem That Does not stop turning and it kept spinning

1. Remove the handle. 2. Use a wrench to remove plastic nut. 3. Pull the stem off the faucet. 4. Insert the new stem in the cartridge. 5. Place the O ring inside. 6. Place the nut back inside. 7.
