He prepared albums for us and more...he loves us all ,but he put God first and hopes you stay by him while he is gone and when he comes back from serving a two year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Pure love is what he is giving.

Usually NO cover is ever better than the original song by the original artist. It's pointless to make the comparison. This is absolutely beautiful and David turns every song he sings into something special. He is an amazing artist.
I personally prefer David's version - I think it's his best vocal performance ever, right up there with My Little Prayer, Bridge Over Troubled Water, Postcards in the Sky, and Okay, Alright!!!!! (: (: (:

The problem with our world today is there so so much fear and so much hate and God told us to love one another. Jesus said love your neighbor as yourself. We need to bring God back to the forefront in our country. Our country was founded by Christian beliefs and we have turned our backs on God. We have been the most blessed nation in the world and we have thrown that all out the door. We are paying a big price because we have not listen to Jesus and we are suffering because of it. But there is a way… God made away for us to have eternal life through his son Jesus. Let’s bring God back into our country before it is too late.

There is something so ethereal about watching David’s face when he sings a heartfelt song. It adds another whole dimension to his music and when you add a touching storyline to the video, it makes my heart go KABOOM!! This video is just beautiful David!
There are many many people with gifted voices. Just watch the various talent shows. But David so obviously feels what he sings about. He has developed his talent, sure, but the tender heart that gives it passion is what grabs me every time
I forgot all about how outstanding David Archuleta is and what a talent he is and how beautiful and smooth his voice sounds. I even forgot that he exists until I stumbled upon this video at UA-cam. I do remember Randy always saying, "Yo dude, you can sing the phone book because you're that good!"

April 2021. This beautiful song by REM meant a lot to me when it came out. First time I’ve heard David’s version. BLOWN AWAY. And the day before he left for his Mission? I'll say this song and how he interpretated it was a career TRIUMPH for him. Mature, wholesome, emotionally packed, relevant and genuine was his delivery. I'm really impressed by the wholesome direction he has taken with his young music career. Bravo David!

wow...I cried at the end when that little boy ran into her arms. I know how that feels. I grew up with my dad in the military, so I know what it's like to see that person for the first time in 6 months, or even longer. it's hard...you never know what the military and their families give up until you go through it.
You can hear his emotion. I love that about David. He always puts his heart into his singing (or anything he does). Beautiful!

Recently got the horrible news of my pops having stage four lung cancer. Spreading throughout his body. He's doing chemo once a week. I smile and joke around him. I don't sob over his shoulder. But when I get home I can't help but lose it. I just can't imagine this life without my pops. This rendition is beautifully done and helps me through these dark times.

Today as I was listening to the new releases, I began to think was there ever a song I did not like. David Archuleta has and have always had a great voice.
