Good to see you back mate. Everyone gets sick from time to time. Even around march time I got sick, got over it after a week, was ok for two weeks, then got sick again, so we’ve all been there. I’ve put of the gym for 1/2 weeks before because of sickness, I just lose my strength and will to workout. So I let myself get better first. I work out just to look good and be healthy. Its kind of stress reliever for me. Im not a monster in bench, deadlift and squat but respectable enough (for me at least) and definitely way stronger than your average joe. I had people asking if im entering competitions or something the way i look and when i said no they look confused. I just want to look aesthetic and happy doing that. p/s. English not my 1st language, so bear with me lol.
Bit disrespectful throwing the weights afterwards that’s not your equipment ur just paying to use it. Imagine some one comes to ur house and starts throwing ur shit. Have some respect.
