And, what a disappointment that you couldn't get good huevos rancheros! My in-laws have a place in Ruidoso, and I'm pretty sure I've eaten at that same cafe. I seem to recall having about the same opinion you had. There is no excuse for mid huevos rancheros at any self respecting New Mexican restaurant!
You sir,are a quirky character,you would fit in very well here in the land of down under.Enjoy your videos,very entertaining and interesting to see the different country side compared to here in Aus.I too have yet to master sand skills,apparently weight to the front and maintain momentum,terrifying to me.Cheers from down under and keep up the good work.
: ) I'm very glad you enjoy my quirk, but wait...weight, I was thinking they all said to send it back in sand so the front doesn't dig in. One of us is very wrong. Need further research. Certainly we can agree that everyone says speed helps and also is terrifying.

@@andyupsidedown That is why I bought the 650L and watch your videos initially. It’s a dependable no brainer motorcycle and u can work on it with about 4 tools. When I go on an adventure on it I want to just throw some stuff together, watch a long term weather report and throw my wrist watch into the ditch like “Easy Rider” did at the first of their adventure…… Plans bigger than that will include a Goldwing and Bankcards… Everyone is right, Just do it!

Be glad that backpack didn't get caught up in the spokes or chain. Ask Moto Giant how that worked out for him. I had a similar scare about a year ago.
For sure! I've had things like that happen on a bicycle, I'd rather not gain the experience on a moto
