would you guys be able to correct -9.0 prescription on both eyes?

Yes, it can be corrected with glasses, soft contacts, ortho-k, or scleral lenses.
With ortho-k, the quality of your vision will greatly depend on the quality of your tears, your sleep quantity, and your sleep quality. But the upper limit of 100% custom OK correction is around -10 or -11, with standard OK's upper limit being around 5D.

Can orthokeratology treat high order abbreations after lasik

Ortho-k can be used to treat post-LASIK blur, but as for the HOAs, it's tough to say due to the variation in how eyes respond to the laser.
One specialty lens that works specifically to treat HOAs is the ARES Scleral Lens from Ovitz, which we also fit at our office. In the coming months we'll have an updated scleral lens page with significantly more information regarding that lens.
