What do you recommend for a safe comfortable trip home on an airplane
Hello Veronica, Make sure whether you drive or fly back from San Diego to move your feet frequently!!! Stop and stretch out your legs or if traveling walk to the restroom often and make sure to keep hydrated. Do not try to lift your bag into the car or overhead storage compartment, ask for assistance. Drink juice and water for the flight home. No coffee or tea. :)
Is keto bread and keto wraps okay?
@@kelseykels3064 Hi there! We don't recommend breaded foods, most of the time patients find that it sits heavy in their new stomach.
@@kelseykels3064 You can always contact our current nutritionist Kristina if you have any further questions. Her email is : nutrition@mexicobariatriccenter.com
My mouth. Gets so dry
Hi there! This is a side effect of weight loss surgery and is temporary.
Hello, I am Scheduled to do the Mexico Bariatric in Mid August 2021 and was wondering about bouillon cubes, most of the labels have mentioned Maltodextrin, Monosodium Glutamate, Corn syrup solids, sugars and a long list of unhealthy ingredients that cause me issues, What brand would you recommend to be successful please

One thing i noticed is i can't sleep ...lips dry stomach be growling nausea liquid diet
Yes, it's normal for your stomach to make noises, like growling or gurgling, even when you're on a liquid diet. These noises, often referred to as stomach rumbling or borborygmi, are caused by the movement of fluid and gas in your digestive system. When you're on a liquid diet, your stomach may still produce these noises as it continues to process whatever liquids you consume. As long as you're feeling okay otherwise and not experiencing any discomfort, it's generally nothing to worry about.
