- In this English lesson I will help you learn English words and phrases associated with household chores. Chores are little tasks we do around the house. We all have a variety of chores we do every day, so let's learn to talk about them in English!
In this English lesson you'll learn words and phrases like: sponge, broom, mop, sweep, tidy up, spring cleaning, shake out the rug, thorough cleaning, to take out the garbage or trash, to wash the dishes, to rinse the dishes, toilet brush, and many more!

It was great to see your stream live again even though it almost did not come togeter. I just swiped my laptop clean and I pushed a button which detached the funcion of my touchpad from the keyboard so I lost my "mouse". (I don't have a mouse to move around on my screen, I navigate through my touchpad). Luckily I could make it back.

I have a quick question. You said: "Doing the dishes right after supper...".
As I heard the word "supper" is out of use in modern English when it refferres to a meal in the evening. It's only like "The Lord's Supper".
I heard there is only the word "dinner" nowadays. But you said "supper". So, is this word still in daily use? Thank you!

I recently watched an interesting movie called Perfect Days, which is about the life routine of a public toilet cleaner in Tokyo who loves his job. As someone who rarely watches movies or TV series, I am happy to watch this movie that I came across on social media. The movie made me think deeply about the issues of loneliness, authenticity and the cyclical repetitions in our lives. 🚽🧽🫧
