You can write this sentence like this: "I have (or I've) really improved my English since I began listening to your lessons." Or "I have really improved my English since I began to listen to your lessons." Began doing something or begun to do something are both OK, it's just a personal preference. To be honest I've learned and taught English for quite some time but still find Bob's lessons extremely helpful and useful. It's a great idea to listen to a native speaker using the language.
