I won more than my fair share of raffles as a kid so its saddled me with a lifelong bias towards feeling lucky. Have I been luckier than the average kid (adjusted for privilege), probs not. BUT, I notice my small wins more as an ever abundant tally that keeps raking up. The worldview I've reached starting with that base is that everything comes and goes, there's always the next lucky thing and the unlucky times are temporary
I tried affirmations and in some ways it made me aware of the excessive pessimism of my outlook, but on the other hand I put a lot of pressure on myself to meet the affirmations quota everyday. Some things work for some and others don't, but I did learn things that help me find my own version of "reasonably positive thinking" :) Cool vid, love the amazing graphic design of the booklet!
I'm definitely and overly negative person. I think the most obvious cause was being around negative people and their negativity rubbed off on me. And of course I made the choice to have those people in my life, but getting out that negative mindset I was in for so long is easier said than done.
Totally it's definitely easier said than done to shift your mindset, but it could be worth a try! One thing we found in our research is that writing about a personal core value could be beneficial! 💜💛
So a normal drop wedge that depleted as a mass equalized cloud reformed. There is now a gap of cold enriched oxygen that escapes busting open the shelf cloud allowing less seperated mass or warmer masses to follow the burrow out where the next stage would then ne a denser drop similare to rain burrow but a fogger to happen. Would then vause the remainder to dump and swap as a heave burst thunnel. But scary if hige structure before disappearing
