It doesn't seem too harsh, smoothie and salad for breakfast and lunch, snacking on more sugar dense food and then a meat heavy meal in the evening, that's hitting every requirement really as there will inevitably be some carbohydrate in the veg and with the meat. For an idol it's pretty relaxed tbh. I try to eat very similarly (only with vegetarian equivalent) and it's very sustainable.

His diet is balanced for a diet he basically diets all year he’s a celebrity and he has to keep his weight the same almost all year if you watch other videos of him eating he eats a lot at least he doesn’t stave himself like other Kpop artists or at least he doesn’t eat 1 meal a day consisting of a sweet potato. Jackson is healthy and he’s happy with himself and obviously he’s okay with it bc he chose to eat that way himself
It doesn't seem too harsh, smoothie and salad for breakfast and lunch, snacking on more sugar dense food and then a meat heavy meal in the evening, that's hitting every requirement really as there will inevitably be some carbohydrate in the veg and with the meat. For an idol it's pretty relaxed tbh. I try to eat very similarly (only with vegetarian equivalent) and it's very sustainable.
