This video is really hard for me to post. I’ve been going back and forth about filming it and putting it out into the world because of how personal it is, but in the end, I’ve decided to post it in the hopes that it will inspire others and hold myself accountable to my promises. As scared as I am, I’m also happy that I’ll be able to easily come back and find this whenever I need it. ❤️
