- Today AD is welcomed by tennis legend and 23-time Grand Slam singles title winner Serena Williams for a tour of her stunning new home north of Miami. After living with her sister Venus on and off for over 20 years, Serena and husband Alexis Ohanian have made a stylish new home for their family. From the eclectic artwork (including her own painting) to the world-beating trophy room, Serena’s home could only belong to someone as multifaceted and accomplished as her. “I was moving away from Venus for the first time in my life, so I wanted it to be really meaningful,” Serena says. While mixing family with business can be risky, the secret to their success as siblings and creative collaborators is simple: “You have to know your lane. I’m really good at playing tennis; I’m not as good at interiors. But I was able to learn through just watching Venus.”

I have watched the Williams sisters since the 90's when they started with their Mom and Dad as two little kids in Compton. They are true and genuine gifted , hard working legends , a pair of models for humanity. If I were Serena's Mom, Dad or husband, I would minimize the exposure of their beautiful little princess and concentrate on grooming her subtlely, through education , study of languages, the arts with finesse, away from the public eyes. A sibling would not hurt. The little girl seems to be so sweet and intelligent, the parents should capitalize on that ability...away from the public noise. @@kaboomroom33 Nope only 1 secret door leading to the same room if you jump to 5:40 and 5:45 you'll see the set up in the corner with the round tables is what you see at your time stamp, you see the same view at 2:01. At 6:23 you can see the secret door is open from the other side leading back to the Art Gallary. No safe room, unfortunately, just a shortcut.

Reality for others in the world....
First, take out the furniture in your house, leave a few old blankets, a kitchen table, maybe a wooden chair. You’ve never had a bed, remember?
Second, throw out your clothes. Each person in the family may keep the oldest suit or dress, a shirt or blouse. The head of the family has the only pair of shoes.

I love the fact that she didn't show the whole thing. She literally only showed the parts that doesn't involve her family. Her kitchen, dining room, bedroom etc as many others shows. Meaning this is one side of the whole house. You go girl. 👏🏾

anyone that knows serena knows that she's a very private person and i respect that she explicitly chose what rooms she wanted to show the world. honestly, thinking more in-depth it may have just been out of safety to lower the exposure of covid to areas such as the kitchen and the bedrooms, that are higher traffic areas and more utility. i wish we saw more but this was a nice short video!
