Yeah I'd say they are, good shoe in my opinion perfect for day to day and hiking
I have a pair of these now and I'd say yes it's true to size but if you intend to wear thick socks I'd size up a little

What does a hiker look like?
He works at Snow & Rock so i'm sure he's got some good knowledge on shoes but by the same token, he's trying to sell them to you.
@@marct8263 Working in a shoe and hiking in a shoe are much different. believe it or not. That's why they have work boots and hiking boots. I've tried using all types of shoes and boots while working and hiking and I can see the difference after a mile or so.
