I still have a postcard of A2 Blue Peter which I sent for from the BBC.
I remember Christopher Trace with the model railway layout on the programme.

When I was a kid, I had Hornby.
This year I put a layout together for the kid ( my excuse) . This time I've gone Tomix of Japan.

They could have got out the Trix model of Blue Peter they had in the 1970s, which origin puzzled me for decades, when BBC couldn't mention brands.
