I have been working inside prisons (in uniform) for 30+ years, it's my passion to encourage men and women to utilize running as a tool to find the ultimate freedom.......recovery & running = Gratitude Inside prisons/jails, on the streets heavily addicted, I believe that anyone can build a good life! Someday I will make it to LA to run a few miles with Skid Row Running Club! #alliwanttodoiscare
