10. We must use the crankcase breather to replace the sealing covers on the fill port. VERY IMPORTANT!!!
11. Do not operating temperature above 176 Degrees Fahrenheit (80°C)
Suggestions: We can add icy water to the bucket if it is necessary/
12.Cooling: The more cold distilled water, the better.
13.Oil recommend: ISO 100 or 5W-40 compressor oil.

Hi folks! I just bought one of these and received it a month ago and it is great. I do want to build a closed loop cooling system for it. Could you tell me how much heat needs to be dissipated? Either watts or joules per unit of time is fine. Would an aquarium chiller be appropriate? What capacity chiller is required?

How is the oil changed? There used to be a drain plug under the oil site glass. It id no longer there. Please advise.

It has the oil drain plug in our all compressors right now. Generally speaking,we can drill the plug by ourselves(it needs very careful) ,But here we strongly suggest that the best way is we purchase one new front cover with drain plug to our compressor. you can contact : [e-mail] Thank you!

I have bought by the Tuxing company at AliExpress. I put the oil in, installed the water and all and the test plug. When I turned it on the fuses of my house snapped, so I looked under the houding.
What I saw was shocking, 3 cables were not connected and worse of all a print was just hanging close to the metal. I contacted the seller from Tuxing, don't worry friend hé said. He would send me a new print, and some other stuff so I could fix it myself. I did disagree, I ordered a new machine and you may expect when you see the testlabel it will be ok.
So when you buy a compressor like this first check if everything is ok and then plug it. Tuxing doesn't showed the best side of this company...

Well, you were lucky, they will not even contact me back. They sell infer product & expect the customers to fix what they sell. I have bought China made compressors from other company's & had to fix them also. But the one I just bought from Tuxing has not run over ten sec. I pulled the cover, and the electric motor winding has a few wires burnt into. . I E-mailed countless times & no response. Good luck to you.

@@jimfitzgibbon5492 Generic item with Tuxen on as a brand. Been through exactly as you say and more with another brand name, the 12 month warranty is worthless. On a much lighter item 5Kg cheapest to send back to china is £63, they will only refund £30 lost out £33 straight away.Declined a £60 to dix myself, then an £120 and finally accepted £160 to get mine repaired thats 5 weeks old.

You will need a better filter than what they provide if you want breathable air.

They sell a molecular sieve (sp) that has dessicant and charcoal inside for scuba applications, how well it works for it you’d have to look up.
