It seems all or most of the O-rings are green and made with a material that is able to withstand high heat and pressure. Some, like the one inside the second stage is large compared to the tiny one inside the blow disk safety, pressure release valve. Anyone know what they are made of or the specifications that relate to the various sizes needed to repair or rebuild ?

The result is a rubber polymer that performs superior to standard NBR in most sealing applications. Taking advantage of its inherent properties, HNBR can be compounded to provide excellent service life in applications such as oilfield, automotive, and refrigerants. Dynamic applications requiring long service life or in abrasive environments are especially well suited to HNBR.
Remove the oil drain plug which is located at lowest, center most position on the front aluminium case. Tilt the backup to drain the oil faster. Allow to drain completely and reinstall the drain plug. Remove the black plastic breather at the top directly above on top of the main casing. Using a small funnel, keeping one eye on the oil level window near the bottom front, slowly pour the new, recommended type of oil. Fill to the half way point on the window. Don't over fill, replace breather and you're done. Please keep used oil and recycle it.
I bought this compressor I loaded 16 bottles of 0.8 L air my compressor no longer works it no longer wants to increase pressure I have changed all the seals and nothing changes an idea
@@a.k.3659 I bought them on 09/20/2021 NEW not used on amazon. I changed the top and bottom cylinder head gaskets I put everything back together I have no air intake and the compressor does not build up pressure

I tried to fill my PCP Air rifle a second time and the compressor will not start up. It trips the breaker on the top of compressor. What should I do?" Does this seem like the problem you are facing? Kevin Fishenden there suggests to "Open bleed valve, start compressor then close valve, it should be able to start then." Hope that helps you. I changed the 2 cylinder head gaskets, cylinder head cleaning, change the piston rings and the rod, I put everything back together and it still does not work. Is there a security that allows not to build pressure or something like that?
