It's the media and the players who are to blame. Poch and Howe don't get the same level of scrutiny or criticism. I've followed United since 1963 and went through relegation and the Docherty comeback to the then division one so I've been through the bad and good times. Changing managers constantly is not the answer in my opinion. There is no one else anyway. Get rid of some of the lazy deadwood and keep the ones who care and want to work.
Love these 2 lads!! You can tell they're family!! Proper know each other and it shows. Its a real blessing in life to be able work with your pops, so to any of you out there that get the opportunity, TAKE IT. Treasure it.

I don’t think it’s anything to do with motivation. It’s to do with Ten Hag’s tactics. Ten Hag insists on going with this quick transitional football which leads to no control and chaotic football. Also, Ten Hag continues to pick Mctomminay…… why? Just baffling!

To be fair on Mctominay he has scored more this season than Trashford. Eric’s tactics or none of it must be demoralising for his players, hence the lacklustre performances they have this season.

I now understand why Sancho said he's been made a "scapegoat" and I'm starting to believe him while watching players like Rashford. The latter seems to know he will get picked for England regardless how he plays at United. Meanwhile, Sancho is balling at Dortmund and is still playing CL football.
Anyway, aside Shaw, Ten Hag had his squad on Saturday and the football was horrendous. What excuses come next? Injuries? At the end of the day, I don't believe in Ten Hag nor in most of those senior players, especially the poster boy and the headless chicken captain.

United fans like to pride themselves being the "biggest club" in the world. If that's the case, why not having standards like the Real Madrid, Barcelona, Bayern Munich? They would kick out players and managers alike if the standards are not met.
It's clear there are (senior) players who have to go but the manager from what I've seen, did not help himself with his tactics and man management and I do not believe in him, his interviews making it worse... Anyway, anyone is free to support him till the end of times if they want to.

issue is we have had the same problem since Van Gaal, with the players only giving the managers one good season and then downing tools the following seasons! So this player issue has to be handled first. But again the issue of ETH picking under performing players every game also doesn't make sense, let him dip into the academy

Players shouldn't need motivated by the way!! Playing for Man United should motivate you automatically, if looking for the manager to motivate you then you are waste of a jersey!!! Can you imagine Pep, Klop, Arteta accepting lack of running back, jogging not running back, not winning 50/50 balls, leaving large gaps between attack and midfield etc.
Casemero was jogging back from the Brentford box just after 94 minutes as Brentford raced away towards the United goal.
Bassaka jogging, not tracking, when Brentford scored.
McTominay is consistent in his lack of passes, tackles and assists.
Bruno repeatedly shooting from outside the penalty area and missing.
Rashford not tracking back, disappearing in many games after 60 minutes.
How can Ten Haag pick players who he says have no desire.
Ten Haag this season has failed, so far and he is on trial until the end of this season.

Come on, man, even the manager said it post game, Brentford wanted it more, and that can't happen. We've seen the same pattern under Jose and Ole. ETH deserves another season imo.
@@mickeytracey2332 Yes, it is Ten Haags fault. He is the boss and the buck stops with him. If a player is not doing what he is told he should tell him, and then, if he does not improve, leave him out of the starting eleven.
How do Maguire, McTominay, Bassaka, Casimero, Veran feel when Ten Haag has already tried to sell them? Some will strive to do enough to stay, for money perhaps, others will want out and will not really care about results.
Ten Haag failed to handle the Sancho situation correctly.
I felt he failed to handle the Ronaldo and De Gea situations correctly.
This all kills his authority in the team squad
His signings too have mostly been flops.
He is on trial, if Ten Haag makes CL he will likely stay, otherwise surely Ineos will replace him in May.
Oh and I do want Ten Haag to succeed. always did, but this season has been disappointing so far hasn't it?
@harrydestaffano565 I disagree on Sancho and Ronaldo, he had to instil discipline and they gave him no choice with their behaviour, DDG was treated horrendously, but I'd put that down to the club pissing about with his contract rather than the manager. As for he should tell the players what to do, I'm pretty sure he does. They're just so inconsistent, and who does he drop them for? Our squad is thin! This season has been awful for so many reasons on and off the pitch. It's not fair that the buck stops with him as anybody would struggle in that environment. It's a miracle we're still in with a chance of CL and another cup final!
Great show lads. What worries me is that I'm not sure what game Ten Hag is watching. Every week he seems to make some odd comments regarding positives that aren't even there
Ten Hag has to go for me, it's great saying we can't keep changing the manager but if he's not got the skills to motivate the players then he has to go, his biggest crime was saying months ago that he couldn't get the team playing like Ajax, well why did we employ him then? He's spent more on 3 ex Ajax players than he spent on the whole Ajax team, the midfield has huge holes in it, the decisions this season have been ridiculous, sending Reguillon back when we don't have a fit left back, we have a good striker in Hoijlund but he's never going to score many with inverted wingers who just want to cut in and score, it's funny his run corresponding with Garnacho moving to the right. I desperately wanted Erik to work out but i think he's proved he's not up to it . That Ineos broom has to make a clean sweep.

I believe it's totally on the players, you can see the frustration on ETH during the game. They are obviously not carrying out his instructions, we saw him pulling Bruno over and giving it to him. He can't control players not giving 100% during the game, but he can control who he picks to put on the field. He needs to send a message and drop the under achieving players, if junior players get picked over established, surely they will get the message.

These players have been bailing this manager all szn, but yet he keeps throwing them under the bus. And United fans will believe the scumbag.
If I'm honest Tony I'd rather drop Rashford and have more cover in central midfield where we've had a major problem all year. Or three at the back and five across the midfield with two up front. We have to stop teams walking through our midfield and we ain't going to do that by having people in the starting eleven who are basically non effective unless they're getting balls over the top. Teams playing a low block are just nullifying that threat, which basically makes them redundant.

Totally agree with you lads. We showed more effort in the season we got relegated from Division 1 in the 70's. In all honesty I think thats the worst performance by a United side that I have witnessed since 1966. Even the huge drubbings against Liverpool and City in recent years were not as bad as Sunday.......Andy

Don’t blame the manager - it’s the players who keep constantly letting us all down.
When United win, for instance against Liverpool, it's "Ten Hag's masterclass", when United lose or draw with a poor performance, "it's the players letting us down"... No the whole team has to be held accountable for and that includes: the manager, the coaches, the players and the medical staff.
Ten Hag was talking bubbles after that horrendous performance,against a team well,you know the stats. They was walking round the pitch,their knot playing for him,some more than others. The only reason we got the result against Liverpool,is because Liverpool was their motivation in that game,now look at them good on Mason Mount. Rashford was only missing a dog,too walk round the park with him,i agree with you and blooding the youth its the perfect time! Brailsford won't stand for this,he's a perfectionist!

I think it's a combination of things but the players definitely have a significant part in the equation. With the Rashford question, he has to go. He has a bad attitude and never plays to his potential.

My mate who as been a physio says they need to do more weightlifting training.This is so they can build muscle mass to be able to take the impact.
Another channels (which shall remain nameless) response to the amount of shots that we are having against us is 'we have the 4th best defensive record in the league'. Now, that may be true, but what that shows is that teams are finding it far too easy to get through to our defence. It also shows that we don't have possession of the ball. When you don't have possession of the ball, you don't create chances. Ivan Toney has had more shots than Hojlund already this season, and Toney has missed half of it. There has not been one game this season that we have controlled. As much as Ten Hag is sounding dillusional, I'd rather keep him and get rid of the cancer that has rid this team for years.
How much more motivation do you need to play for Utd? I am undecided about Ten hag as manager. Half Rangick wasn't wrong, was he? The structure of the club needs to change and change quickly. Start from the bottom and work your way up. Find a team shape and get the players in to play that type of football. It is like a jigsaw. You find the correct pieces to fit into the correct shape. Been watching the youth academy and some of the players would put some of the players in the first team to shame. I remember Sir Matt Busby once saying.If they're good enough they're old enough. Deffo needs a big clear out.And i have started to question E.T.Hs tactics.
As we've seen many times over the last ten years, the manager's situation for the run in becomes almost impossible when half of the team and their agents know that they will not be around next season.

I totally agree with everything you know after the match his comments he says he’s happy with us giving up all those shots, then, later in his interview, he says that he says the team needs to perform better. We’re not performing at high standards or something in that matter, which is it? you can’t be happy and upset with a performance when you don’t get the right result. And the fact that he keeps rewarding bad play and I have support is telling me that he has nobody else. What does he supposed to do? it’s a defeat attitude it’s a defeated attitude it’s not gonna work. I feel like the job has broken him down. The job might’ve been too big for ETH, and the only reason why I think we should keep him as our coach is because it will be a worse idea to bring in a new coach

I've read rashford is not for sale in that case does that mean the some of the other wasters won't be going anywhere which means if there is a new manager he won't make any difference.

Mates, truly enjoy your channel and look forward to your new episodes. Now, these United players, I really don't understand how professionals can act like this. I played amateur football for 40+ years. In men's open and Over 30 Sunday league, any player in one of my clubs who played this poorly, as if intentionally, the rest of the club would have a word. Sort it and get stuck in or get off the pitch. Could even come to blows on the pitch side afterwards or at the pub later. The rest of the players would never tolerate this, let alone the captain. Looks like the same cadre of United players positioning to throw another manager under the bus. Indeed, play the kids. Come on United!
About Bruno, I so get where you are coming from but I think the reason he is all over the pitch and not where he should be is because he's covering the ground other player are not or not capable of, fantastic chat lads keep it up, looking forward to the next one
Bruno is a great player , he is the captain of a sinking ship at Man united , when he plays for Portugal he is surrounded by quality platers

Bruno is not a great player certainly not worthy of being captain. We need to get the grenade launcher out, have a player with some composure on the ball.
He's not having to try and do 3 ppls jobs forgetting his own for the national team, he's very effective on his day, nowhere close to being great
A good captain leads by example. Bruno spends more time feigning injury and spraying loose passes all over the pitch.
Great show again, on Rashford I thought last season he had a great season and would want a big pay rise, I thought we should of sold him then. So I would sell him and I would look at bringing in either Sane /Olise/Bowen but I think we need heart surgery I could of sold 5 starters on Saturday. Let’s hope for better next season.

We were so bad at Brentford, that make me question where did the Liverpool performance came from?
Our goals against is the 4th best in the league , so ETH is right we aren't conceding goals compared to the station for the amount of shots, Also it was after the international break and no away team won. @@Draper99 no I ain't saying that conceding so many shots is good, we haven't had the same defense all season , but at the end of the season the only stat that matters is goals conceded and at present UTD defence is 4th best, the problem as you highlighted is the attacking side, we ain't scored enough, players like Bruno,Rashy,etc aren't performing ( so many been here so long only know counter attacking football and can't play the way the manager wants) Or do you think that ETH wants to play football like we are Or playing football like he did at Ajax, but we keep these average players on massive wages
Why don't you see why ETH has to play these same players as much as they are. They will have placed game time into their contracts from the OGS days. Woodward has bound ETH to these players until we can sell them. Also, lifestyle, attitude and money also play a very important part

I don't mind players loosing the ball giving it away or scoring an own goal even but as long as my players come into my changing room knowing they have worked there socks off I'm a happy man
A would sell everyone, but Onnana Kobe ,Hojlund, Gana, Dalo, and Martinez, everyone else is for sale. These players need to see that this club is moving into a new direction. No more dead wood. And keep ETH for one more year.
I think the problem is that our owners will not sell these players. And will instead go for the cheaper option and replace ETH, and I'm worried these players may stay, and zeth may getvthe the sack...
It’s not working under Ten Hag , but with what has been going on with the running of the club it hasn’t worked with anyone. There is no quick fix , if Ineos can sought out what’s going on behind the scenes it will help out a potential new manager. I would go for De Zerbi for next season. But it will still take time , hopefully he could make Utd more positive on the pitch ..
