I like the fact that your videos are real, complete with mistakes and fixes for the real person bc as we all know, things don't always work out the way you thought they would. Thanks for being real and sharing it all.
Your welcome. Thanks for watching.

To increase your print size for the paper on the silhouette, you have to adjust the paper size in the print setting. Go to preferences, then change to 11×17 and the print size and cut size will automatically adjust in the software. Hope this helps.
The best parts in this video was when the mistakes were made. The fact that you kept them in the video helped a lot because many of those issues can come up.
They come up all the time and the little intructions do not cover it.
I actually like the fact that you didn’t prepare for this. It shows the trial and error. Also, it helps me to not feel so bad about myself because I struggle! Thank you
No problem. It’s reality. Everything is never perfect in the beginning. A lot people only respect and want to see perfection then when they try it and it doesn’t come out perfect they blame everything else but themselves. Perfection comes practice and trying and not giving up. Thanks for understanding and appreciating that.
@@adubbproductionsyou're 100% right! I appreciate this video frfr, I ended up buying a Cameo! 💪🏻🙏🏻
I have had a Cameo Silhoette in the box for over a year and was afraid to start what I heard was a long learning curve. You teach this so well! I wish I had you for algebra in high school. Now I’m excited to get started. Thank you for your gentle way of teaching and breaking it into easy lessons.
Bro so I been watching all different UA-cam’s to learn n c what I need to start the business n ur video is the best with explaining everything for a beginner thank u
No problem. Thanks fir watching. I appreciate it.
Im also starting just the same...
Watching your video tutorial for the first time, I like the fact that is real time, unrehearsed. The mission was accomplished. Great video. The links will come in really handy as I'm in the market for a vinyl cutter.
I really like to see how you fixed the issues. Don't take that away from your videos. Great learning. Thanks
WOW!!!! I truly loved this video. I learned a lot and love the way you didn't panic and fixed all the issues and showed us how to. thanks so much
It IS a great day to be alive as everyday should be! I love your spirit. Goku for the win!
Man you have skills to be on tv shows!!! Spontaneous, clear, organised, smiles, nice voice, active, posotive vibs.... So many excellent qualities, so what on earth are you doing here in you tube? Go for castings...believe me
Great video man.I’m glad you made it long so you see all the things you run into trouble shooting a lot of people don’t show troubleshooting errors
Your right. The crazy thing is the trouble shooting is the most important part because when you try to do it like someone else and run into these issue in some cases you can’t figure out how to fix it.
Thank you for showing us you are human and can make mistakes we would lol..makes me feel better🤷♀️
Oh my goodness, thank you so much for making this tutorial so easy... I still had a few challenges, but I was able to get through them. You gave me the courage to take the step I've been wanting to take for so long. I look forward to more of your tutorials.
lol, watching this video has convinced me to not make my own t-shirts. I don't think you did a single thing without a technical difficulty or glitch. Thanks for showing the process and not hiding the problems.
He only had technical difficulties cause he’s still learning himself
Thanks that was very helpful as I begin a new project. Your video and the dark stretch transfer helped me plan my project out. Mistakes always help, life isn’t perfect.
Thanks for this A-Dubb. Awesome video! Thanks for keeping it real, and including mistakes and hiccups - really professional and helpful for those situations we all always run into!
I have been putting my blade depth on 2 and 14 force so far thats my sweet spot. But thank you for your mistakes cause that helps me learn
I can't believe how fast it can cut the image out. Impressive.
Yes, I love it.
I got a Cameo 4 a week ago and IT'S EVEN FASTER!
Def worth getting a 3 or 4, saves so much time with next to no errors.
@@ZigealFaust nice, will check it out.
Good work
Thank you for showing the mistakes and explaining the possible reasons for them. You are right about printers being finicky and changing their size. I bought one of the same when my first one broke and all my settings were off. LOL
Glad to know that dark transfer paper works on white shirts. Ty.
I ALWAYS use a cutting mat. Even with vinyl. It keeps it still. Btw I use place mats from dollar store so I can cut deep or twice (yes there is a setting called double pass) and don't worry about cutting through a $20 silhouette mat.
Use spray glue on mats
I love your attitude. God bless you and stay safe.
Thanks for the video, I'm going to subscribe and like because you let us see everything. Life isn't perfect and seeing the problems and how to deal with it is our best advise. That's what makes this video so good. You know what to do and watching you figure it out is the best teacher. Wade, me too. I just bought a cricut machine I'm on the fence now.
So true. It’s very important to show people the issues they are going to come across. Very valuable. That’s why I show it.
The determining factor that made me go with the cameo is (correct me if I’m wrong) their designing software lives online. The only way to design something new is to go online and log into their website and design. I want to do things in my own. I should always be locked into having to go to the companies website. What if there is no internet connection. I didn’t like that at all. Maybe they changed it now. Idk.
I love the your show and your enthusiasm encourage ME daily!
Brother, you have patience! Lol
Great job!
Wow. That turned out great. Awesome color.
Use preview on the print setup to see what's printing before you print. Saved paper. Thanks for the video.
This video almost answered 100% my questions in one video! However I am trying to make stickers in my case I was working with vegeta! I was trying to make an offset of my png..
In the settings there are perfect settings to match everything you need. When searching for material type in keywords like printable’s, metallic, stretch and this will get you to the right settings. When laying down the image use wax paper and move it back-and-forth it will smooth out the image real good. Thank you for the video.
Love A dumb the only guy that has shown me how to really use my silhouette
A Dumb??? Lol. I got you though. Typo. Thanks. Lol or was it. 😂😂😂😂
Thank you so much for this video
Love it love it!
You need some transfer paper for the image it will be flat then making it ALOT easier to lay on your garment.
Yep transfer tape works wonders
Yes brother, did you manage to print and cut larger design in the end? If you haven't, try to go into the Epson printer set up and select A3 format, you'll see that after doing this, your printing area on the Silhouette page will increase a whole lot.
Really? ok. I'm on it tonight. Thank you. I'll let you know.
@@adubbproductions did it work??

Love this video. I learned so much my head hurts. You keep it simple so even a dumb country boy like me can understand it. Thank you
Awesome Tim, Thank you for watching. I’m happy you were able to learn from my mistakes so you won’t have to make the same mistakes. I appreciate you man.
Your ringer is my alarm clock sound. Cool video, thanks
No problem. Thanks for watching.
Your video was very impressive & straight to the point. No dtg, dtf, for me this is it best 3 steps
HI, I know this video is was made a while ago and you may know this by now...that particular paper is made for weeding and that why it didn't cut through. You can use transfer tape to lift image or use the scraper to lift it off the full sheet. They also have a opaque 3d that you can on both light or and dark. Enjoyed video.
The transfer transfer tape keeps it from rolling.. another tip would be not to heat the shirt because that material rolls fast.
Thank you. Very useful information. I did figure it out but i appreciate it. Anyway. Useful insight is always appreciated. 🙏🏾 thanks for the tips.
Nice job. It looks dope.
NICE WORK
This is really incredible. I can't wait to try it out! I was SO invested, WITH you, when you were waiting to see if the Cameo would cut it out accurately the second time and I actually cheered when it did. I'm dying to go out and buy all the blanks and this paper!
That is awesome. I'm glad you enjoyed it. Thank you so much for watching. Don't forget to subscribe.
You are the most honest guy and funny doing this videos and learn a lot with you thank you
There is no way there is way way easier things out there good luck bro!
Thanks. Thanks for watching.
Thank you for the vid, esp showing us the mistakes so we know what to look out for 👊🏾
i watch so many video about how to use the cameo silhouette but it still not working. then i watch your video follow all the things to do and the machine works perfectly. thank you for sharing the video sir ❤️
My new bestie!!! You give me hope
I couldn't stop watching this tbh, it was actually entertaining. You went through it like we all do. We make mistakes and learn from it, felt like we were working on this together because we both learned together. You were keeping it real and I respect that! You got my sub! 💪🏻
Just stumbled onto your channel, don't forget to repress the image once peeled as this gets rid of the sheen and makes it more matt. Good work great video 👍🏼
Thank you so much !
you are like me lol white shirts stoked next to the printer good shit man.
I'm having the hardest time with get cut settings down. The pre load ones don't seem to work. I have the 4. But thanks for the video. Seeing mishap gives me hope I will catch on.
I keep thinking I'm going to make a diagram list to put next to my machine. Mine is not the new version. But I buy the advance version program for it. I'm still trying to figure it out.
Love your video! Its to the point, mistakes included!! Have you ever experienced silhouttte studio freezing when you try to print?
Hi, I was watching your video, and I was getting fustrated because it was wasting so much of my transfer. I had the same pop up about the paper size setting. So on the silhouette program I went to File, Print Page Setup and changed the size. It gave me almost the whole page 11x17.
I find that if i just cut through the top layer of the transfer paper i can pick the image off the backing with the picker tool much easier than trying to peel the backing off the fully cut out image
Great video. Don't apologize the fact that things went wrong is A GOOD for trouble shotting. People Need to be patient if ..they want to learn. Take your time pople can always fast forward. Very well detail explained 👍
I love your videos very informative, i know this was long ago, but if you remember, what was the cut settings you changed to the second time.
u look alot like the Wayans brothers! cute!
That's a good tip to give her and everyone I only use the jet pro for dark fabrics it doesn't make any sense to buy both the old pack works better you don't get that extra white border
Your videos are the best! Thank you for your content!
No problem. Thanks so much for watching. 🙏🏾
thanks for keeping it real ADubbs!
You gotta love tech! Always screws up when you are filming, even more so when you are live!! LOL Maybe wait until the shirt cools after the press because the heat is probably what made it curl.
I can't wait to start wearing my own art on shirts.
I've been confused by printing on HTV, awesome vid, new sub.
Thanks for your videos
Love this video
I laughed so hard lol your effort is amazing ☺️😂😂 so cool
Nice!!!! Thank you
It did what's called a kiss cut because you should have chosen the heat transfer paper setting in your cut settings. It's multiple layers of paper and film so it has a specific setting that's deeper to cut all the way through.
dope!
Thank you thank you. I appreciate that.
Nice to see the pro’s make mistakes too. Great video. I tried to use the light coloured but printed it with backing paper still on so think I did it wrong
Thank you, I appreciate you watching. I definitely wasn’t a pro when I made this video. I’m a lot better now. I should make an update video.
Love your videos.. thank you.
Great video! Now I want to get a Cameo!
Love my cameo. That’s where it all started for me.
You can resize your registration marks therefore making the image larger
Work it harder, make it better
Do it faster, makes us stronger
More than ever, hour after hour
Work is never over
By far the best tutorial video you have the best patience lmao
Oh my days!! I love Goku, I used to watch Dragon ball Z and teenage mutant turtles with my children. These images look great to transfer on kids shirts.👍🏼
Yes. I was really surprised by how clean and clear the machine printed out the image. This is really high quality stuff. Thank you for watching as always Vicky.
I like how you screwed up but you also showed how to fix your screw-ups you've definitely earned the subscriber with me
Great video! How did you adjust the blade I’m having the same issue mine is not cutting all the way through cameo 4
This was el
Exlent video
When working with transfers I use heat transfer tape. I can re used several times so that cuts cost and it holds the artwork flat for pressing.
Play with the time a bit as the tape is heavy heat resistant film. I find 10% longer work well. then peal worm.
Thank you for the tips. I appreciate it.
when you pressing or choosing the show print border it telling or showing you that is the standard size but you can print the image on the size you like though just set the correct size of the paper. and in your printer change the setting of the paper so will print the full size of the image you put in your silhouette studio. hope this can help.
Hey the longer the video the more info we see and learn no worries
great person you are very determine fun work
Great video any mistakes is GREAT! for learning (Real Life) Thanks!!
🙏🏾 exactly. Thanks for watching.
Very helpful video
🔥....great vid...Thx
Ty for video!
You are welcome. Thanks for watching
Mistake are good like this cause we learn and grow from them next person who watching could learn from it
thanks A-Dub first video I watched from ya. got my subscription. I enjoyed how you didn't leave anything out. Typical little hiccups that could happen and you fixed it up in real time. quick maintenance. appreciate that and not just skipping thru trying to sell a product you personally already had.
but I'm sold on the Cameo 4 I almost got a cricut and read that Cricut is basically the Apple of cutters lol.
and I'm a DBZ fan so when I seen the thumbnail of Goku I was aight let me peep.
awesome video.i learned a lot and will be using mine as soon as it comes in! appreciate you big dawg!
Are you sublimating? What process is this? I’ve seen people sublimate on vinyl and then use the cameo to cut the vinyl. But I’ve never seen someone print onto transfer paper and cut it in the cameo.
Hey bro. This was really cool to watch. When I tried mine, after cutting it with thr vinyl cutter, peeling of the material from the illustration was the issue. Its like the blade did not cut it deep enough, I think I got the speed and the cut setting wrong
I'm having the same problem. I need to know how to trace then send it to the cameo. Do you have to mirror print
What is off set do you use that setting for everything
You should have used heat transfer paper to stick the image to then peel it off and stick it to the shirt :) but this was a good video!
Yes. I know better now. lol
You’d be a great teacher
I thought you had to mirror the image when using transfer paper? I didnt know we could use it like that might give it a try
Depends if it’s for light or dark . Light does ,dark doesn’t
Very informative. I'm still learning how to set the registration marks myself. You may just need to change the type of material setting or the passes since it did cut right. So up the passes. Also i use parchment paper to press my images and it will cause it to smooth out and its light weight.
Hi ! What printer would you recommend me if you want to print and cut. I use a lot of thick cardstock.
great video!! please explain to me why you needed to peel the image before pressing??
It's like a sticker, you can't stick a sticker without peeling the back off.... Same thing here, the image will not stick to the tee shirt if you don't peel the backing off first BUT don't do it the way he did it. Stick the image to heat transfer paper THEN peel the backing off and press.
Very nice video !
You are to handsome just thought I throw that out there love your video
🙏🏾☺️ truly flattered. Thank you Jane and thanks for watching.
