I touched on this a few days ago as well. I can’t sit here and continue to act like UA-cam is producing this glamorous life. It’s not! I’m definitely shifting my content to things I enjoy vs things that are trendy or relevant. I’m blessed to have a partner who has been taking care of the finances, so I’m afforded the ability to just post what I want!
Agreed. We all have to do what is best for our lives. It is definitely time to switch things up and focus on more fruitful opportunities as well as things we enjoy more.

I watched one UA-cam lady who has a business watch an entire video about how she’s not making any money. No orders coming through her Etsy or blanks shop. No revenue from UA-cam. Yada yada yada. Then the next video she’s showing us product she’s purchased for her business. Yet has a warehouse full of products that are not selling. Everyone in the comments were placing orders and asking how could they make donations to her. I’m like yeah okay. I can’t afford to pay for your nor for your entertainment.
Thank you for a transparent and honest video. I don't have an interest in having a channel, but I feel bad for all of you who put your heart and soul into great content for your audiences. Prayers for decisions in moving forward 🙏
This has always concerned me, my only parent was terrible at managing money, didn’t teach me anything. And the other example was don’t spend anything, and be a miserable greedy person. No balance. You are giving sound advice that took some of us years to learn!!!!❤🙏
I don't think any industry is safe.Every industry will face cuts. whether you have a 9-5 or not. I think the goal should be to become essential where there's always a need for you or what you offer.

The funny thing is my teenage son has a UA-cam account with over 300,000 Subs and Im teaching him game now on how to not only think inside this creative box with just UA-cam. I’ll say this big bro. I used to watch you religiously when I started in vinyl. I started in vinyl to transfer inkjet to sublimation to laser toner and now I’m dtf. When I look for content it’s to enhance my product. “Why is this happening” “how do I make this better”. I’ve seen your growth over the years and I salute you. In the evening after the day is over I will sit and go down my subscription list and see who has new content and watch. When I first got my sawgrass machine and was looking for videos ( almost 5 years ago) I ran across you and been watching your channel grow since. 🙏🙏 things will get better.
Just personal opinion, is because all crafters are kinda of doing the same thing so to speak, and everything is a upsale from promotions, content creators are really showing the same products! Some us crafters are just part-time with full-time jobs, and these machines are not cheap at all! Also these companies are making crazy money, I dont know what the content creator make on the sales. But I do know y'all pull a lot of sales for these companies to up! Blessings to all content creators. I'm not one, but I'm sure that it's not all easy to do!

It used to be special now it’s all recycled that’s why I try to just tell my story and talk about different ways to implement and what I’m doing in my business as appose to just posting random equipment like I used to. @Nani_Of3 you are absolutely correct. I am a crafter as well but I have a full-time job. I was subscribed to a lot of these creators but I stopped watching most of them because everytime I turn around, they are promoting this product or that. Before you get done implementing the last thing they taught you or you buy a machine they recommended, they start pushing another product. Is like I can't keep up. The content is no longer fun or something I can learn from so I just left these channels alone.
@adubbproductions you should connect with an acoustic guitar player and get some gigs lined up for extra income. Something you love and get compensated for. That's what my brother and i do as a 2 man band and also have a full 4 man band for a little bigger gigs.
