You need to use a heat protectant cream for the blow dry.. the iron guard is used on dry hair before you flat iron it.

This is pretty much how my hair does. Puffs n curls back up quickly! I'm thinking about getting this or the revlon 1...

It’s getting better every time I use it. I did it again yesterday with much better results. I’m going to try once a month or every other month when it’s not summer.
